The basic concept behind MamaBake is simple: mothers get together once a week, fortnigh! or whatever works in their local area, and each one cooks a big batch meal which is divided up amongst all at the end. Each mother then goes home with a range of freshly cooked meals for the weel giving her some well needed time off at the end of the day. 'There is an undercurrent in MamaBake that we are health conscious so we focus on healthy, fresh, nourishing meals, as it's about finding options to feed your children,'Karen said.
