This assignment requires us to choose a company that can talk a lot with, a company that have issues and problems nowadays or these years. Write in essay form with clear sub-topic. It is required you to think yourself as a consultant while writing this report.

a) For the introduction, talk about the current issue of the company, what sector / industry and what sections will be analyzed and discussed. Talk about the overall report, what are we writing and why are we writing this report and what is involves. If this topic is about consumer goods, write about range and target market. b) For PEST, I have snapped a picture about the information that can be apply into PEST. Note that, this information is long and might exceed words therefore, you are required to do it in a box which will only count as 1 word. For example, P stand for The Political Environment, all of the information should write in a box so it will only count as 1 word. You can make 2 boxes in a page too depends on you. If you dont understand what Im saying please inform me. Or you can write in a paragraph Ill do the boxing. After the boxing, write the overall summary for PEST (do a very large analysis and give opinion, impacts and so on). Be mature enough to identify points. 4 points is suggested for each P,E,S,T. Be very specific with annual report.

c) Ill provide a picture about information of 5 sources. Please note that the sequences of 5 sources are stated as shown in the picture. Do it in a box too to reduce the word counts. Then do a very large analysis and give opinion. Points should include: what affect profitability, attractiveness, what is the market share, identify competitors and how aggressive they are, how competitor is working against you, how an enemy is competing against you.
