Reservations are held only when a 20% deposit is received.
Delivery service is available for a reasonable charge. It is based
on ground level delivery right off truck. Additional charges are
made for other than first floor delivery and sites not easily
accessible to the delivery truck.
Early, late hour, or Holiday deliveries or pickups are available if
needed for an additional charge.
Cancellation Fees: Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the
event will forfeit the deposit.
Payment Terms: All charges are to be paid in advance or at the
time of the delivery.
Set Up for tables and chairs available with additional charge.
**If possible have reservations in 2 weeks before your event as we
may have to transfer equipment to and from Mankato & New
Prague.
