STATE DOT Project:
• Finished• Working traffic light on Herbert• Guardrails in place• Sidewalks, curbs, grass (!?!)

INFRASTRUCTURE:DEBRIS REMOVAL: • 26,000 tons to date• Continuous • Private Property Debris Removal (including demolition) under discussionwith FEMA.
SAND REMOVAL/RE-USE:•Army Corps dredging Lyman•Temporary sifting station will be in place immediately after dredge work is complete.

•Tax reassessment- Complete assessment by Property by March, 2013
•Prepare for Reconstruction: Planning Board considering new zoning req’s based on revised elevation guidelines from FEMA (issued last week)

•Planning Board working with Borough: Resolution being drafted allowing: PODs, RVs, Boats, etc.

Sanitary Sewer•Over 15,000 lf (3 miles) of sewer main cleaned and inspected•Force main pressurized and discharging clean water to OCUA
Water•90% of main restoration complete•Pressure testing and water quality testing for 8” main on Rt. 35
Gas•70% of main restoration complete•Portion of Barnegat Lane and Lagoon/Channel not pressurized
Electric•85% of distribution grid energized•Areas around Barnegat Lane and Herbert St breach not energized

Sanitary Sewer•Complete the remainder of sewer main CCTV inspection/cleaning•Install temporary pump system at Herbert Street
Water•Repair damaged fire hydrants•Install new services for properties off of new 8” main in Rt 35
Gas•Pressurize and perform full assessment of Lagoon/Channel area•Replace 2” main on Barnegat Lane
Electric•Complete the replacement of overhead distribution•Ensure safety policies remain in place throughout restoration work
