Le presenti istruzioni d'uso e manutenzione sono redatte in ac-cordo a quanto riportato sulla Direttiva 2006/42/CE e sulla Nor-maUNIEN13561:2015alfinedi informaregli installatori,gli

utilizzatori e i manutentori sui rischi che la tenda presenta nelle condizioni normali di impiego.

Le presenti istruzioni descrivono le modalità corrette per l’utilizzo e la manutenzione ordinaria del prodotto “K.Zip”.La tenda “K.Zip” svolge le seguenti possibili funzioni:-sistemadiprotezionecontroilpassaggiodizanzare,insettiingenerale e altri piccoli animali (impiegando la rete per zanza-riere);- sistema trasparente di chiusura (impiegando il telo Cristal);- sistema schermante/oscurante della luce solare (impiegando teli screen o oscuranti).La tenda “K.Zip” risulta composta da un cassonetto in alluminio postosullatosuperiore,unprofilatod’alluminio(chiamato“ter-minale”o“fondale”)sullatoinferioreedueprofilatid’alluminio(chiamati “guide”) posti lateralmente lungo le quali è vincolato a

scorrere il terminale. All’interno del cassonetto è presente un rullo sul quale è avvolta la rete o il telo; l’estremità inferiore della rete o telo è collegata in modo solidale al terminale così da svolgere il telo durante il suo scorrimento verso il basso.Il sistema “K.Zip” è dotato di un sistema di tensionamento del telocheconsentediottenerelamassimaplanaritàdellasuperficiequando la rete o il telo risultano completamente stesi.Il sistema “K.Zip” è progettato per resistere a notevoli sollecita-zioni atmosferiche; le prestazioni di resistenza al vento ottenute da questo prodotto sono verificate da un ente di certificazioneesterno accreditato. Esso deve essere conservato integro in tutte le sue parti e in luogo facilmente accessibile fino allo smaltimento del prodotto. 5. Modalità d’impiego

6. Manutenzione

Latrasmissionedelmovimentorotatorioalrullo,checonsentelosvolgimentoel’avvolgimentodellarete/telo,puòessereprodottaattraverso movimento meccanico tramite argano (solo nei prodot-ti in luce) oppure attraverso motore collegato alla rete elettrica (prodotti in luce e da incasso).Nel caso di movimento tramite argano, l’utilizzatore è tenutoad impugnare la maniglia dell’argano e a imprimere un moto rotatorio all’asta in modo da far svolgere la rete/telo. Il moto rotatorio in senso opposto consente l’avvolgimento della rete/telo sul rullo.Nel casodi impiegodelmotoreelettrico, l’utilizzatoreè tenutoa premere i pulsanti di salita e discesa presenti sulla mascherina a parete (comando a muro) oppure ad utilizzare il telecomando (comando da remoto).Al termine dello svolgimento della rete/telo,la tenda “K.Zip” può essere messa in trazione

(se il modello lo prevede) attraverso due distinti meccanismi:Sistema “Quick Lock”: Questo sistema consente di bloccare in modo automatico il terminale a terra utilizzando un dispositivo posto all’interno delle guide.Nel caso di azionamento tramite argano l’utilizzatore è tenuto a portare il terminale nella posizione di fine corsa inferiore e,successivamente,a sollevarlo leggermentefinoall’azionamentodel blocco. Nel caso di azionamento tramite motore la corretta sequenza di movimenti viene automaticamente impartita dal motore.Sistema di blocco tramite paletti: E’ un dispositivo di blocco manuale che prevede l’inserimento di un paletto metallico all’in-terno di un alloggio presente all’interno della guida una volta che il telo o la rete sia completamente steso. Successivamente un leg-gero avvolgimento del telo/rete ne consente la messa in trazione.

6.1 Manutenzione ordinariaLe operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria possono essere eseguite dall’utilizzatorefinaleesonolimitateallapuliziadelleretipereliminare la sporcizia ed evitare la formazione di muffe. La puli-zia deve essere effettuata utilizzando una spugna o panno umido eacquatiepida,utilizzandoeventualmentecomedetergentesa-poneneutro(evitaredetergentiaggressivi,alcoolosimili).Nonlubrificarenessunapartedellatendaperevitareilrischiodimacchiare in modo irreparabile il telo e/o di danneggiare la zip e le guide di scorrimento laterali.Nelcasodiimpiegodelsistema“QuickLock”,puòsuccederechel’aggancio del terminale al meccanismo di blocco avvenga su una solaestremità, impedendonedi fatto il corretto funzionamento.Per ripristinare la funzionalità è necessario pertanto seguire la seguente procedura:- Sollevare leggermente a mano il lato del terminale non vincola-to e inserire inferiormente ad esso uno spessore tale da impedire all’estremità del terminale di scendere al di sotto del piedino po-sto all’interno della guida (vedi immagine seguente);- Movimentare la tenda (tramite argano o motore) in modo da consentire al lato vincolato del terminale di completare la proce-dura di sgancio dal Quick Lock;

- Sollevare quindi la tenda in modo da eliminare il dislivello con l’altra estremità e riportare la barramaniglia in orizzontale.- Togliere lo spessore. La tenda è ripristinata per il suo normale utilizzo.

6.2 Manutenzione straordinariaInstallazione, sostituzione di eventuali elementi, riparazione eoperazioni di manutenzione straordinaria devono essere effet-tuatidaunoperatorequalificatoeopportunamenteaddestrato.Per questa tipologia di operazioni seguire le indicazioni riportate nel Manuale di Installazione e Regolazione.

6.3 Risoluzione di eventuali problematicheSi riporta di seguito un elenco delle principali situazioni di fun-zionamento anomalo del dispositivo con il suggerimento di alcuni interventi da effettuare per ripristinare il normale esercizio della tenda.Siricordache,perragionidisicurezzaevaliditàdellagaranzia,l’utilizzatore non deve effettuare nessun tipo di intervento mecca-nico o elettrico ma è tenuto a contattare l’installatore.

Scenario 1: (Versione motorizzata) Dopo aver premuto i pulsanti di movimentazione il motore non emette alcun rumore e la tenda non si muove

Scenario 2: Il telo non rimane steso

Tensione mancante al motore Se la corrente di rete è regolarmente erogata e il motore non risponde contattare l’installatore.

7. Elenco dei rischi e delle prescrizioni

8. Garanzie

Rischi inerenti l’utilizzo e la normale manutenzione: a) Rischio di interferenza con il terminale durante la salita o discesa: durante la movimentazione della tenda mantenersi a distanza di sicurezza;b)Pericolodicadutaduranteleoperazionidipuliziadeltelaio,del telo o della rete: evitare di sporgersi o farlo solo impiegando idonee attrezzature.Rischi di elettrocuzione:a)Nei sistemimotorizzati, ilmotore è alimentato tramite reteelettricadomestica. In casodimalfunzionamentodelmotore,opresenzadicavidialimentazionenonprotetti,contattareimme-diatamentel’operatorequalificatoperlanecessariaassistenza.Rischi inerenti la dismissione:

a) La dismissione del prodotto deve essere eseguita in base alle norme al momento in vigore.

Si consiglia l’utilizzo ordinario della tenda “K.Zip” ad utenti di età non inferiore a 12 anni.Ogni impiego diverso da quelli riportati nel presente manuale è daconsiderarsivietato,inquantoimproprio.Non appoggiarsi alla rete o al telo: la tenda non è mai da rite-nersiunabarriera,inspecialmodoperimpedireilpassaggiodibambini o animali.Il mancato rispetto delle presenti modalità di impiego fa decadere automaticamente qualsiasi tipo di garanzia data dal produttore.

8.1 Indicazioni generaliIlCompratorehal’obbligodiverificarel’integritàdelProdottoeilcorrettonumerodeicolliall’attodellaconsegna,comunicandoal vettore o direttamente al Venditore le eventuali contestazioni. Con la sottoscrizione del documento di consegna o il pagamento delsaldo,sihaperriconosciutalaperfettaintegritàdelProdotto.Le denunzie per vizi e difetti dei prodotti dovranno essere inoltrati per iscritto a PALAGINA SRL entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce o dalla scoperta del vizio utilizzando sistemi di comunica-zione tracciabili (es. posta raccomandata a/r o posta elettronica certificata). La garanzia di cui sopra, allorquando sia corretta-mente esercitata, si intende limitata al solo diritto di ottenerela riparazione o sostituzione di quelle parti dei beni forniti che risultino viziate e/o difettose con esclusione di qualsiasi forma di risarcimento dei danni diretti o indiretti o della possibilità di chie-dere la risoluzione del contratto nonché la riduzione del prezzo. PALAGINA SRL procederà alla riparazione o sostituzione della merceapropriadiscrezione.Neirapporticonilconsumatorefina-le,èesclusoildirittodiregressodelrivenditoreaisensidell’art.131 D.Lgs. 6 settembre 2005 n. 206.

8.2 Garanzia di prestazione tecnica del prodottoPALAGINA garantisce a norma di legge il perfetto funzionamento di tutte le parti meccaniche della tenda purché siano rispettate le seguenti condizioni:•L’installazione,regolazioneemanutenzionestraordinariasia

effettuata da personale autorizzato PALAGINA;• La tenda venga utilizzata in maniera conforme alla destinazio-ne d’uso del prodotto (fare riferimento al capitolo 3 “Descrizione generale del dispositivo”);•Nessunaoperazioneditaglioguide,cassonettootelovenganoeffettuate al di fuori degli stabilimenti produttivi PALAGINA;• Siano effettuate corrette e periodiche manutenzioni;• La tensione elettrica alternata di alimentazione sia compresa fra 210 e 230 Volt;Ilmancatorispettodiunadellecondizionisopraindicateèsuffi-ciente per la decadenza della garanzia.PALAGINAcertificalaresistenzaallaclasse6delventodeipropriprodotti (ai sensi della norma EN 13561:2015 - consultare a tal proposito l’allegato 2) purché siano rispettate le seguenti condi-zioni:• Le dimensioni massime della tenda non superino 400 x 250 (h) cm;•Ilsistemadifissaggioallastrutturasiaritenutoidoneodall’in-stallatore a sostenere le sollecitazioni generate da velocità del vento prossime a 100 km/h;In tal caso l’installatore certifica il rispetto delle prescrizioni dicui sopra e garantisce la resistenza a pressioni fino a 480 N/m²(corrispondenteavelocitàfinoa102km/h)compilandoilmo-dulo posto al termine del presente documento.In mancanza delle condizioni di cui sopra l’installatore attesta il declassamento della prestazione di resistenza a carico del vento ad un livello inferiore.

8.3Garanzie specificheperdeterminati compo-nentiNel presente paragrafo sono descritte alcune caratteristiche del telo Cristal che sono propri del materiale e della tecnologia di re-alizzazione ma che potrebbero essere interpretate erroneamente come difettosità. Questi elementi sono di seguito descritti.• Per assicurare una trasparenza ottimale nel telo Cristal è as-sente la struttura a trama e ordito che in un tessuto tipico conferi-sconostabilitàeuniformità.QuestacaratteristicapuòprovocarenelteloCristalondulazionipiùomenoaccentuateailati,alcen-troolongitudinalmente,soprattuttoneimesipiùcaldidell’anno.In molti casi tali tipi di alterazioni tendono a scomparire se il telo viene lasciato teso e in trazione per un certo intervallo di tempo. Tali fenomeni sono da ritenersi assolutamente normali e non pregiudicano il funzionamento né la resistenza della tenda; • In particolari realizzazioni il telo Cristal può essere saldatoad altre tipologie di teli (screen/oscurante). L’unione delle due tipologie di elementi può generare ondulazioni e arricciaturedovuti alle diverse composizioni dei materiali;• In presenza di temperature elevate il telo Cristal tende ad aderire a sé stesso quando è avvolto sul rullo e come tale mostra

una certa resistenza allo svolgimento;• Il telo Cristal è realizzato con un polimero PVC e pertanto non possiede le caratteristiche proprie di un vetro. Il telo ha quindi la naturale tendenza ad opacizzarsi nel corso del tempo. Molto spesso l’opacità siverifica inpresenzadi teli con condensasu-perficialetenutialungoincondizionediavvolgimento.Inquesticasièsufficientelasciareiltelosvoltoadarieggiareperunpaiodi giorni per eliminare il fenomeno;• Inpresenzadifortevento,ilteloCristalsicomportainmanie-ra elastica e come tale tende a oscillare;• L’eccessiva trazione causa strappi del telo e deformazioni per-manenti che non possono essere oggetto di contestazione;

8.4 Durata della garanziaLa durata della garanzia è di:• Telo e sistema Zip: 2 anni;• Componenti meccanici e motori: 5 anni (salvo diverse indica-zioni fornite dal produttore dei motori);Laduratadellagaranziahainizioalmomentodellaposa,con-segnaprodottoefirmadapartedelposatorealterminedelpre-sente documento.

ALLEGATO 1: ETICHETTA ENERGY LABEL

Cosa si intende per Energy Label?Le “Energy Label” sono etichette che caratterizzano dal punto di vistaenergeticoleprestazionidelsistemacostituitodall’infisso*e dalla schermatura solare. Un sistema efficiente consente dicontenere le spese di riscaldamento nel periodo invernale e di raffrescamento in quello estivo.

*Infissodiriferimento,aventebuoneprestazionienergetiche(Trasmittanza Uw= 1.2 W/m2K).

Come è strutturata l’Energy Label?

All’internodell’EnergyLabelsonodefinite7classidiprestazioniche vanno dalla A, più performante, fino allaG,meno perfor-mante.

L’Energy Label prevede la definizione di due indici energetici(EP=EnergyPerformance),unoestivo(C=Cooling)eunoinver-nale (H=Heating)Nelperiodoinvernale,ilcontributodatodalsistemadischerma-tura al miglioramento energetico (conservazione del calore inter-noall’edificio)ètrascurabile;Nelperiodoestivo,ilcontributodatodalsistemadischermaturaal miglioramento energetico (riduzione all’immissione del calore esterno)èinvecesignificativo.L’installazione di un sistema di schermatura è quindi particolar-menteindicataperottenereunsignificativorisparmioenergeticonel periodo estivo.L’infissodi riferimento sul quale sono statedefinite le etichetteenergetiche è un prodotto avente elevate prestazioni.Per tanto, ilmiglioramentoottenutonelperiodoestivoèquasicompletamentedaattribuirealbeneficioapportatodaltessuto.

Come viene generata l’Energy Label?

L’etichetta energetica viene generata da un software applicativo nelqualevengonoinseriticomedatidiingressolespecifichetec-

nichedell’infissoedelsistemaoscurante.Gliindicienergeticiprodotti,relativialperiodoestivoeaquelloinvernale,vengonoconfrontati conunascaladi riferimentoperconsentire la determinazione della classe di appartenenza.

ALLEGATO 2: CLASSE DI RESISTENZA AL VENTO

Certificazioneclassediresistenzaacaricodelvento di tenda modello KZip secondo la norma UNI EN 1932:2013

Palagina segue con attenzione le evoluzioni normative che riguardanoinostriprodottiedeffettua,pressoorganismiindi-pendentiecertificati,frequentitestperdefinirnelecaratteristicheprestazionali.Abbiamo eseguito sui prodotti "K.Zip" un test di resistenza a carico del vento secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa di riferimento(UNIEN13561:2015,UNIEN1932:2013).Le classi di resistenza al vento variano da 0 (livello inferiore)

allivello6(massimolivellocertificabile,corrispondenteadunapressione di riferimento di 480 N/mm2).Le tende "K.Zip" hanno superato agevolmente i limiti di riferi-mento della classe 6 e hanno raggiunto valori di pressione di 760 N/mm²,ossiaunvaloredel60%superiorealmassimolimitecertificabile.Attraverso una correlazione matematica abbiamo determinato che tale sollecitazione è equiparabile a quella esercitata dal vento a velocità di circa 130 km/h.E' tuttavia importante sapere che la prova di resistenza a carico del vento è un test di laboratorio realizzato con una pressione statica che non riproduce le reali condizioni di sollecitazione dina-mica del vento. In caso di fenomeni atmosferici di notevole entità la tenda potrebbe presentare criticità anche in corrispondenza di raffichediventoaventivelocitàinferioriaquantoriportato.

These use and maintenance instructions have been written accor-ding to the agreement 2006/42/CE and to the standard UNI EN 13561:2015,withtheaimtoinformtechnicians,usersandservi-

cemen about the risks concerning the blind in normal conditions of use.

These instructions describe “K.Zip” use and ordinary maintenance proper operations.“K.Zip” blind performs the following functions:- protective system against mosquitoes, insects in general andother small animals (mosquito net is installed);- transparent closure system (Cristal fabric is installed);- sun light screening/black out system (screen or black out fabrics are installed).“K.Zip” blind is made up of an aluminium container installed on the upper side, an aluminium profile (called “terminal” or“bottom”)onthelowersideandtwoaluminiumprofiles(called“guides”) installed at the side and along which the terminal is

obliged to run. Inside the container there is a roller on which the net or fabric are rolled up; the net or fabric lower part is solidly connectedtotheterminal,inordertounrollthefabricduringitsrunning downwards.“K.Zip” system is provided with a fabric tensioning system that allows to reach the surfacemaximumflatness when the net orfabric are fully spread. “K.Zip” system is designed to resist to significant atmosphericstress; wind load resistance performances of this product are cer-tifiedbyanaccredited thirdparty certificationbody.For furtherdetails,pleaseconsulttheappendixsection.

6. Maintenance

Therotarymotiontransmissiontotheroller,thatallowstowindupandtounrollthenet/fabric,maybeproducedbyamechanicalmovement performed by the winch (for visible versions only) or by a motor connected to the mains supply (recessed and visible versions). Incaseofmovementproducedbythewinch,theusermustholdthe winch handle and must transmit a rotary movement to the arm,inordertounrollthenet/fabric.Theoppositerotarymove-ment allows to wind up the net/fabric on the roller.Incaseofmovementproducedbytheelectricmotor,theusermustpush the up/down buttons that are on the wall control panel (wall control) or he must use the remote control.Whenthenet/fabricistotallyunrolled,“K.Zip”blindcanbeput

in traction (if the model allows it) through two different mecha-nisms: - “Quick Lock” system: This system automatically locks the termi-naltothefloorbyusingadevicethatisinstalledinsidetheguides.Incasethesystemisactivatedusingthewinch,theusermustbringtheterminaltothelowerendpositionand,successively,hemustslightly lift it up to the lock activation. If it is activated using the motor,thepropersequenceofmovementsisautomaticallyissuedby the motor.- lock system through latches: It is a manual lock device. A metal latchisinsertedinsideacasingintheguide,whenthenetorfabricisfullyunrolled.Successively,aslightfabric/netwindupallowsto put it in traction.

6.1 Ordinary maintenanceOrdinarymaintenanceoperationsmaybeperformedbythefinalcustomerandarelimitedtothenetcleaning,toremovethedirtand to avoid the formation of mould. The cleaning operation must be performed with a sponge or a wet cloth and tepid water. A neutral detergent may be used as well (avoid aggressive deter-gents,alcoholorsimilar).Do not lubricate any blind component to avoid the risk of stain the fabric irreparably and/or to damage the zip and the side slide guides. Incase“QuickLock”systemisinstalled,thecouplingbetweentheterminalandthelocksystemmayoccurononeendonly,preven-tingproperfunctioning.Torestorethefunctionality,pleasefollowtheprocedurespecifiedbelow:- Slightly lift the unlocked side of the terminal manually and in-sert a wedge under it in order to prevent the terminal end to go down under the foot inside the guide (see the following picture); - Move the blind (with the winch or the motor) to allow the ter-minal locked side to complete the unhooking procedure from the Quick Lock;- Then lift the blind to remove the gap with the other end and take the handle back to the horizontal position.

- Remove the wedge. The blind is reactivated for its normal use.

6.2 Extraordinary maintenanceInstallation, replacement of any components, repairing andextraordinary maintenance operations must be performed by a qualified and conveniently trained technician. For these opera-tions, please follow the indications provided in the installationandadjustmentmanual.

6.3 Resolution of any problemsPleasefindbelowasummaryofthedevicemainabnormalfun-ctioning situations with the suggestion of some interventions to restore the blind normal operation. Forsafety reasonsandwarrantyvalidity,pleaseremember thatthe user must not perform any mechanical or electrical interven-tion but he must contact the technician.

Option1:(Motorisedversion)Afterpushingthemovementbuttons,themotordoesnotemitanysoundand the blind does not move.

Option 2: The fabric does not remain spread

Missing voltage to the motor Contact the technician if the network current is regularly supplied and the motor does not respond.

8. Warranties

Risks concerning use and ordinary maintenance: a) Risk of interference with the terminal during the up and down: keep the safety distance while moving the blind.b)Riskoffallingduringframe,fabricornetcleaningoperations:do not lean out or lean out using proper equipment. Electric shock hazards: a) In motorised systems, the motor is supplied from domesticelectricalpower.Incaseofmotormalfunctioning,oriftherearepowersupplycablesthatarenotprotected,contactthequalifiedtechnician for the necessary assistance immediately.Risks concerning disposal: a) Product disposal must be performed according to the regula-

tions currently in force.

We suggest “K.Zip” ordinary use for users no younger than 12 years old. Anyusedifferentfromthosespecifiedinthismanualisimproperanditis,therefore,forbidden.Do not lean against the net or fabric: the blind must not be con-sideredasawall,especially toavoidthepassageofchildrenoranimals.Failure to comply with these modalities of use will result in the automatic void of any warranty released by the manufacturer.

8.1 General indicationsThe client must check the product integrity and the correct number ofpackagesatthedeliveryandmustcommunicateanyobjectionto the carrier or directly to the seller. The product is considered perfectly intact if the client signs the delivery document or pays the balance. Claims for products faults or defects must be sent in writing (using traceable systems such as registered letter or cer-tified e-mail) toPALAGINASRLwithin 8 days from the receiptof the goods or from the defect discovery. The above mentioned warranty,ifproperlyexercised,isconsideredtobelimitedtotheright to obtain the repairing or substitution of the supplied goods faulty and/or defective parts. Any form of compensation for direct or indirect damages or of the possibility to ask for the contract resolution as well as price reduction is excluded. PALAGINA SRL will repair or substitute the goods at its discretion.

8.2 Warranty of product technical performance In accordance with the law, PALAGINA guarantees the perfectfunctioning of all mechanical parts of the blind as long as the following conditions are respected:•Theinstallation,adjustmentandextraordinarymaintenanceisperformed by PALAGINA authorised personnel;• The product must be used in a manner appropriate to the pur-pose for which it is intended (refer to chapter 3 “ Device general

description”);•Nocuttingoperationonguides,containerorfabricisperformedoutside PALAGINA production plant;• Correct and periodic maintenances are performed;• Supply electrical alternating voltage is between 210 and 230 Volt;Failure to comply with at least one of the above mentioned condi-tions will result in the automatic void of the warranty.PALAGINA guarantees the class 6 wind load resistance for its pro-ducts (in compliance with the standard EN 13561:2015 - consult attachment 2 for further information) as long as the following conditions are respected:• Curtain maximum dimensions are not more than 400 x 250 (h) cm;•The installer considers thefixingsystemon thestructuresui-table for sustaining stresses generated by wind speed near 100 km/h;Inthiscase,theinstallercertifiesthecompliancewiththeabovementioned limitations and guarantees the resistance to pressures upto480N/m²(equaltoa102km/hwindspeed)byfillingtheform at the end of this document.In the lack of these conditions, the installer certifies the down-grade at a level below of the resistance performance against the wind.

8.3SpecificwarrantiesforcertaincomponentsIn this paragraph we describe some Cristal fabric characteristics of the material and the production technology that could be wrongly interpreted as defects. These components are described below.• In order to ensure the best transparency, Cristal fabric doesnot present the fabric warp and/or weft that confer stability and uniformity to a typical fabric. This characteristic may provoke moreorlessaccentuatedundulationsinthesides,inthecentreorlongwaysofCristalfabric,especiallyduringthehottestmonthsof the year. In many cases these alterations tend to disappear if the fabric is kept stretched and in traction for some time. These phenomena must be considered absolutely normal and do not compromise the functioning nor the resistance of the blind; • InparticularrealisationsCristalfabricmaybejointwithothertypes of fabrics (screen/black out). The union of the two elements may provoke undulations and twisting due to the material diffe-rent compositions; • Incaseofhightemperatures,Cristalfabrictendstoadheretoitselfwhenitiswindedupontherollerand,assuch,itshowsacertain resistance to unrolling;• CristalfabricismadeupofaPVCpolymerand,therefore,itdoesnothavetheglasscharacteristics.Forthisreason,thefabricnaturally tends to matt over time. Very often the opacity occurs onfabricswithsuperficialcondensationbecausetheywerekept

windedupforalongtime.Insuchcasesit issufficienttokeepthe unrolled fabric to air for two days in order to eliminate this phenomenon;• Incaseofstrongwind,Cristalfabricbehaveselasticallyand,assuch,ittendstoswing;• Excessive traction causes tears and permanent deformations that cannot be claimed;

8.4 Warranty periodThe warranty period is of:• Curtain and zip system: 2 years;• Mechanical components and Motors: 5 years (except for diffe-rent indications provided by the motor manufacturer);Thewarrantyperiodbeginsatthemomentofinstallation,productdelivery and signature of the installer at the end of this document.

Palagina closely follows the legislation evolutions that concern ourproductsandperformsfrequenttestsinordertodefinetheperformance characteristics. The tests are performed by indepen-dentandcertifiedbodies,“K.Zip” products are tested for wind load resistance in complian-cewiththestandards(UNIEN13561:2015,UNIEN1932:2013).Wind resistance classes range from 0 (lowest level) up to level 6

(highestcertifiablelevel,thatcorrespondstoareferencepressureof 480 N/mm2).“K.Zip” blinds easily overtook class 6 reference limits and rea-chedpressurevaluesof760N/mm²,thatisavalue60%higherthanthehighestcertifiablelevel.Throughamathematicaloperation,wedeterminedthatthisstress is comparable to the stress exerted by the wind at around 130 km/h.Bytheway,itisimportanttoknowthat“windloadresistance”is a laboratory test set up with a static pressure which does not reproduce the real dynamic wind stress condition.In case of extreme weather events the blind could shows critical issues even with wind gusts at lower speed than stated.

8.3Garantiesspécifiquespourcomposantsspéci-fiquesDans le présent article, il est décrit certaines caractéristiques etmodalités de fabrication concernant la toile cristal qui lui sont spécifiquesmaisquipourraientêtreinterprétéesdemanièreer-ronées comme étant des défauts• Afin d’assurer une transparence optimale de la toi-le cristal, la trame est absente contrairement à un au-tre tissus où cette trame assure stabilité et uniformité. Cette caractéristique d’absence de trame dans la toile cristal peut provoquerdesondulationsplusoumoinsmarquéessurlescôtés,au centre et en longitude particulièrement dans les mois les plus chaud de l’année. Dans lamajorité des cas, ce phénomène atendance à disparaître si la toile est tendue et mise en traction pendant un certain temps. Ces phénomèmes sont à considérés acceptables et normaux ne mettant pas en défaut le fonctionne-ment du store et de la résistance du store• Pour des fabrications particulières l’association d’une toile cri-stral avec une toile d’une matière différente (screen / toile PVC occultante) peut générer des ondulations et plis en raison des matériaux différents entrant dans la composition de ces toiles.• “En presence de temperatures élevées, la toile cristal peutcréer des adhérences en s’enroulant sur lui-même ce qui peut altérer le fonctionnement lors de la descente du store vers le sol

• La toile cristal est réalisée avec un polymère PVC et par conséquent ne possède pas les propriétés du verre. La toile a unetendancenaturelleàs’opacifierdansletemps.Souvent,cetteopacité est constatée sur des toiles où s’est installé de la conden-sation lorsque la toile est restée longuement enroulée. 5. Benutzungsart

6. Wartung

DieÜbertragungderDrehbewegungaufdieRolle,wodurchdasGitterbzw.dasTuchab-bzw.aufgerolltwerden,kannmechanischmit einer Kurbel (nur Aufbauversion) oder mit einem an das Stromnetz angeschlossenen Motor (bei Aufbau- und Einbauver-sion) erfolgen.

Zur Verwendung die Kurbel muss der Nutzer den Handgriff der Kurbel fassen und mit diesem den Kurbelstab so drehen, dassdas Gitter bzw. Tuch sich abwickelt. Eine Drehung in die andere Richtung bewirkt das Aufwickeln des Gitters bzw. Tuchs. WirdeinElektromotorverwendet,benutztderNutzerdieTastenfürdasAuf-bzw.Abfahren,diesichanderWandsteuerung(beiWandbedienung) befinden. Bei Remotesteuerung kann er dieFernbedienung verwenden.

Nach Abwickeln des Gitters bzw. Tuchs kann das Rollo „K.Zip“ un-ter Spannung gesetzt werden (falls dies vom Modell unterstützt wird). Hierfür sind zwei Mechanismen vorgesehen:

Das System „Quick Lock“: Das Schließsystem Quick-lock ist einMechanismus, der die Endleiste automatisch am Boden fe-stklemmt.Bei Verwendung der Kurbel muss der Nutzer die Endleiste zur unterenPositionbringenundihnanschließendetwashochziehen,bis die Arretierung einsetzt. Erfolgt die Steuerung durch den Motor, sorgtdieserautomatisch fürdieordnungsgemäßeBewe-gungsreihenfolge.

Arretierungssystem durch Verriegelung: Dieses System besteht aus einer manuellen Arretierungsvorrichtung. Hierbei wird ein metallener Riegel in die entsprechende Aufnahme der Führung eingefügt, nachdem das Tuch bzw. Gitter vollständigherabgelassen sind. 6.1 Regelmäßige WartungDie regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten können vom Endbenutzer durchgeführt werden und beschränken sich auf die Reinigung der Gitter,umSchmutzzuentfernenundSchimmelbildungzuverhin-dern. Die Reinigung muss mit Schwämmen oder Tüchern erfol-gen,diemitwarmemWasserbefeuchtetsind.Ggf.kannneutraleSeife als Reinigungsmittel benutzt werden (keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel,Alkoholo.Ä.verwenden).KeineBereichedesRollosschmieren.EsbestehtdieGefahr,dassdadurch das Tuch irreparabel befleckt und/oder das Zip-Rollooder die seitlichen Führungsschienen beschädigt werden.WirddasSystem„QuickLock“eingesetzt, könntederAbschlussdes Arretierungsmechanismus nur an einer Seite einhaken,wodurch ein einwandfreier Betrieb nicht möglich ist. Zum Wie-derherstellen der Funktionstauglichkeit muss folgende Prozedur ausgeführt werden:MitderHanddieSeitederEndleiste,dienichteingehaktist,leichtanhebenunddaruntereinAbstandstückinderWeiseeinschieben,dass diese Abschlussseite nicht unter den innerhalb der Führung befindlichenFußabsinkt(siehenachfolgendeAbbildung);DasRollosomitderKurbeloderdemMotorbewegen,dassdieeingehakte Seite der Endleiste sich von Quick Lock abkoppeln kann;

• DasRolloimAnschlusssoaufwickeln,dassderNiveauunter-schied sich ausgleicht und sich die Endleiste horizontal ausrichtet.• Das Abstandstück entfernen. Das Rollo ist wieder für seinen normalen Gebrauch bereit.

6.2 Außerplanmäßige WartungDieMontage, ein eventuellerAustausch vonKomponenten,Re-paraturen und außerordentliche Wartungsmaßnahmen müssen von einer qualifizierten und entsprechend geschulten Fachkraftausgeführt werden. Für diese Art von Maßnahmen sind die An-weisungen in der Installations- und Einstellungsanleitung zu befolgen.

8.1 Allgemeine HinweiseDer Käufer muss bei Lieferung die Integrität des Produkts und die richtige Anzahl an Packstücken überprüfen. Eventuelle Be-anstandungen müssen dem Kurier oder direkt dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt werden. Durch Unterzeichnung des Lieferscheins oder Restzahlung wird die Integrität des Produkts bestätigt. Pro-duktmängel oder Fehler müssen innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware oder nach Feststellung des Mangels schriftlich an PALAGINA SRL weitergeleitet werden durch nachweisbaren Kom-munikationssysteme (z.B. Einschreiben mit Rückschein oder zer-tifizierterelektronischerPost).DievorgenannteGarantie,wennrichtig ausgeübt, beschränkt sich nur auf das Anrecht auf eineReparatur oder einen Austausch von mangel- und/oder fehlerhaf-ten Teilen der gelieferten Waren. Jede Form von direktem oder indirektemSchadensersatzsowiedieMöglichkeit,dieVertragsau-flösung oder eine Preisermäßigung zu verlangen, sind hiervonausgeschlossen. 8.2 Garantie über die technische Leistung des ProduktesPALAGINA garantiert im gesetzlichen Rahmen einen störungsfre-ien Betrieb aller mechanischen Bauteile des Rollos unter Einhal-tung folgender Bedingungen:•Die Montage, Einstellung und regelmäßige Wartung ist vonPersonalauszuführen,dasvonPALAGINAdafürautorisiertist;

• Das Rollo darf bestimmungsgemäß verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 3 “Allgemeine Beschreibung des Produktes”);• Die Arbeitsvorgänge des Schneidens von Führungsschienen,Kasten oder Tüchern finden außerhalb der Produktionsstättenvon PALAGINA nicht statt;• Die Wartung erfolgt ordnungsgemäß und regelmäßig;• Die Wechselspannung für den elektrischen Anschluss liegt zwischen 210 und 230 Volt;Die Nichteinhaltung einer der oben genannten Bedingungen reicht für einen Garantieverfall aus.PALAGINA bestätigt für seine Produkte einen Windwiderstand der Klasse 6 (gemäß EN 13561:2015 - siehe hierzu Anhang 2) unter Einhaltung der folgenden Bedingungen:• Die Abmessungen des Rollos überschreiten nicht 400 x 250 (h) cm;• Das Befestigungssystem an der Struktur ist dafür geeignet,Belastungen aufgrund Windgeschwindigkeiten bis zu 100 km/h aufzunehmen;In diesem Fall bestätigt der Monteur die Einhaltung der oben genannten Vorgaben und garantiert die Widerstandsfähigkeit ge-genüber Drücken bis zu 480 N/m² (entsprechend einer Geschwin-digkeit von 102 km/h); hierfür füllt er das Formular am Ende dieses Dokuments aus.WerdendieobengenanntenBedingungennichteingehalten,be-scheinigt der Monteur die Rückstufung der Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Windlast um eine Stufe.

8.3 Spezielle Garantie für bestimmte Komponen-tenIn diesem Absatz werden einige Merkmale des Tuchs Cristal be-schrieben, die demMaterial und der angewandten Technologieinnewohnen,jedochirrtümlichalsMangelwahrgenommenwer-den könnten. Diese Elemente sind nachfolgend beschrieben.• Um eine optimale Transparenz des Tuch Cristal zu gewähr-leistenbesitzteskeineStrukturausSchussfadenundKette,dieeinem normalen Gewebe Stabilität und Einheitlichkeit verleihen. Durch diese Eigenschaft kann es beim Tuch Cristal zu kleineren odergrößerenWellenbildungenandenSeiten,inderMitteoderderLängenachkommen,besondersindenheißestenMonatendesJahres.InvielenFällenverschwindendieseVeränderungen,wenn das Tuch für eine gewisse Zeit abgerollt und gespannt bleibt. Diese Phänomene sind als vollständig normal anzusehen und beeinträchtigen weder die Funktions- noch die Wider-standfähigkeit des Tuchs. • Bei besonderen Ausführungen kann das Tuch Cristal mit an-deren Tuchtypen vereint werden (abschirmend/verdunkelnd). Durch die Verbindung der Technologien zweier Elemente kann es zur Wellen- bzw. Kräuselbildung durch die unterschiedliche Zusammensetzung der Materialen kommen;• BeihohenTemperaturenneigtdasTuchCristaldazu,ansichselbst anzuhaften,wennesauf derRolleaufgewickelt ist,wo-durch beim Abrollen ein gewisser Widerstand auftreten kann.• Das Tuch Cristal ist mit einem PVC-Polymer hergestellt und

besitzt daher nicht die gleichen Eigenschaften wie Glas. Das Tuch hatdienatürlicheTendenz, imLaufederZeitmattzuwerden.Oftpräsentiert sichMattheitbeiTüchern,dienachdemBildenvon Kondensat längere Zeit eingerollt bleiben. In diesen Fällen reichtesaus,dieTücherinabgerolltemZustandfüreinigeTagezulüften,umdasPhänomenzubeheben;• Bei starkem Wind verhält sich das Tuch Cristal auf elastische Weise und neigt zum Schwingen;• Übermäßige Spannung verursacht Risse und permanente Ver-formungenimTuch,diekeinenAnlasszurBeanstandunggebenkönnen;

Was ist eine Energieetikette?“Energieetiketten“ sind Etiketten, die aus energetischer Sichtdie Leistung des Systems beschreiben; dieses besteht aus dem Rahmen* und der Sonnenabschirmung. Ein effizientes Systemhilft bei der Reduzierung der Heizkosten während des Winters und der Kühlkosten während des Sommers.

*Bezugsrahmenmit guten energetischen Leistungsmerkmalen(Wärmedurchgang Uw= 1.2 W/m2K).

Wie ist die Energieetikette gegliedert?InnerhalbderEnergieetikettesind7Leistungsklassenfestgelegt,von der leistungsstärksten Klasse A bis zur leistungsschwächsten Klasse G.

Die Energieetikette legt zwei Energieindizes fest (EP=Energy Performance),einenfürdenSommer(C=Cooling)undeinenfürden Winter (H=Heating)Im Winter ist der Beitrag des Abschirmsystems an der Verbesse-rung der energetischen Leistung vernachlässigbar (Halten der Wärme im Gebäude);Im Sommer ist der Beitrag des Abschirmsystems an der Verbesse-rungderenergetischenLeistungjedochwesentlich(Reduzierungdes Eindringens von Umgebungswärme).Das Anbringen eines Abschirmsystems ist daher besonders im Sommerangebracht,umeinewesentlicheEnergieeinsparungzuerzielen.DerBezugsrahmen,aufdensichdieFestlegungderEnergieeti-kettenbezieht,isteinsehrleistungsstarkesProdukt.Daher basieren die sommerlichen Leistungsverbesserungen fast ausschließlich auf den Tuchmerkmalen.
