Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the Servo-Flo 302 is a fixed ratio, positive rod displacement 2-component meter-mix dispense system with a Servo drive and operator interface control panel.

The meter assembly is designed for low to medium viscosity materials. The system can be tank fed or pump fed and is capable of dispensing precise shot volumes or precision bead profiles.

The dispense rate can be varied throughout the dispensing process to provide varying bead sizes or variable flow with automatic or manual dispense valves.

Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the Servo-Flo 704 is designed for continuous production dispensing with automation interface capabilities.

This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual independent-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials on ratio. Ratio is adjusted in the operator interface panel.

The system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles. The flow rate can be varied on-ratio during the dispense cycle to accommodate different shot flows, bead diameters and tip speeds.

The meter accepts low to high viscosity materials and can be supply pumps or pressure tanks. The meter and control panel are individually floor stand mounted or on a common portable cart.

These meter-mix dispensing systems apply uniform beads of high viscosity 2-component materials in large volumes. Materials can be extruded or streamed by a fixed position or robotic mounted applicator.

Select from various touch screen operator interface controls. The servo motor drive and positive displacement pistons interface with the robot controller to dispense a requested bead profile, which is variable along the bead path.

Available in frame mount (shown) for automated applications or base-plate mount for robotic applications.

See-Flo 995 uses dual AC Inverter drive motors coupled to independent driven Precision Gear Meters ideal for continuous flow dispensing applications.

The easy to use basic operator interface control adjusts the flow rate and volumetric mix ratio of the A and B materials without mechanical changes.

See-Flo 995 metering systems with No-Flush™ disposable mixers or Power Static Mixer are used in meter-mix applications including Coating, Coil Winding, Laminating, Encapsulation, Foam Dispensing, Gasketing, Molding and Adhesive Bonding.

Features include hardened meter piston rods that never touch the cylinder walls, an AirDraulic drive motor to provide a precise pre-setflow rate and a manually adjustable shot volume control.

This continuous flow, fixed ratio, reciprocating piston, meter mix dispense system is designed for dispensing medium to high viscosity 2-component adhesives, sealants, coating, potting and structural bonding materials. Material flow is determined by the inlet pressure.

The system is floor or cart mounted and typically includes 55 and/or 5 gallon pumps. The supply pump pressure determines the flow rate from the dispense valve.

The dispensing portion utilizes an automatic 2-component No-Drip or Snuf-Bak dispense valve with an available manual handle and trigger assembly. No-Flush disposable mixers are provided and sized to the application.

This bench-top meter-mix dispenser is rugged, simple to operate and perfect for fast, repetitive volume dispensing in manual applications. TheSee-Flo 387 is ideal for production potting, encapsulating, bonding, or laboratory applications.

This low cost meter-mix system is air powered and easily dispenses precise measured ‘shots’ of two component low viscosity materials. TheAirDraulic drive delivers a continuous, pulse free mixed material flow rate.

The Micro-Meter series is available in three volume sizes from 0.02 cc up to 3.5 cc and higher volumes per stroke at 1:1 ratio by volume. The Micro-Meter series is available in three volume sizes from 0.02 cc up to 7 cc, 18 cc or 25 cc maximum volumes per stroke at 1:1 ratio by volume.

The Servo-Flo 404 integrated meter and dispense valve assembly mounts on a robot wrist or pedestal and applies uniform beads of 1-component adhesives or sealants.

This robust assembly uses closed-loop processing for electronic control of metered material volume and variable flow rate control. The system is ideally suited to handle abrasive or filled materials.

The compact meter assembly uses quick-change dispense valves which retain nozzle position accuracy. Options include meter volume, temperature control, valve selection and bead profile vision.

The Servo-Flo 502 is a positive-displacement, single-component, single-acting shot meter designed to produce a controlled flow of 1-component materials.

This high volume meter has a small foot print and is sized to meet the application requirements. The Servo-Flo 502 is supplied by high volumepumps and precisely meters the material to the selected dispense valve for precision dispensing.

No-Drip, Snuf-Bak and Tip-Seal dispense valves, sized for the application, are available for automatic and manual backup dispensing operations. Automatic valves can be robot or pedestal mounted.

The ISD meter is double-acting for continuous flow of 1-component medium to high viscosity materials. This system is ideal for sealer dispensing applications requiring high volumes dispensed accurately.

This one-component rod displacement shot meter system dispenses precise shot volumes of low, medium or high viscosity materials. The meter uses adjustable position ‘hard stop’ shot controls and clean cut-off dispense valves to dispense the exact volume.

The dispensed volume, from 1 cc through 650 cc’s or larger, is adjusted manually and is powered by an air cylinder. The meter can be suppliedby pressure tanks or pumps.

The controls allow integration with automation for precision volumes of material dispensed on demand.

The Servo-Flo Gear Meter is a continuous flow servo motor driven pump specifically designed for precision metering and dispensing of medium to high viscosity materials.
