Looking for a volunteer Station Supervisor (Blood Program Leader) for Vesta Bloodmobile. Responsibilities include (will work with Account Manager):

Confirm date/time/location of blood drive

Create ideas to get donors in the door

Call repeat donors to sign up for the blood drive

Have volunteers at the blood drive to greet donors and serve snacks

The next bloodmobile in Vesta will be May 14th.

What you need to know about opiate use when addressing painful chronic conditions such as arthritis or procedures such as surgery. As a result of chronic pain, older adults may use prescription opioids for a long time, which presents a risk for developing an opioid use disorder. CLASSES ARE FREE. Do you have a talent for teaching? Would you like to be involved in making a positive impact on the health of your fellow Redwood County neighbors & friends?

Please consider becoming a trained leader for one of the following Healthy Living classes offered by A.C.E. of SW MN: Living Well with Chronic Conditions, Diabetes Self-Management and Powerful Tools for Caregivers. Classes are taught 1-2 times/year.

A.C.E. of SW MN will pay registration fees as well as mileage reimbursement. Anyone living in Redwood County is encouraged to become a trained leader.
