Your Shabbos meals should be 100% kosher for Pesach and prepared using Pesach utensils. Although the meals are kosher for Pesach, since this Shabbos is also Erev Pesach, no Matzah products should be served at the Shabbos meals since it is prohibited to eat Matza on Erev Pesach, so that we will eat the Matzos at the Seder with excitement. (One may eat products cooked with Matza meal, like kneidlach or gefilte fish.) Hamotzi at First Two Seudos (Friday Night and Shabbos Morning): Two Valid Options: Option A: Use Challah rolls or pita (to produce as few crumbs as possible) that can be consumed without leaving anything leftover. Prepare just enough for each person at the meal, and no more. Eat the rolls carefully over tissues/napkins/ plastic, so that any remaining crumbs can be collected and flushed down the toilet. Alternatively, you may eat the bread outdoors and have in mind to eat the rest of your seuda inside (in that case preferable to return outdoors for bentsching). After eating the bread, you should rinse your mouth or brush your teeth in a permissible Shabbos manner to get rid of crumbs in your mouth. You MUST finish eating the bread by 10:43am Whatever bread or crumbs are left MUST be flushed down the toilet or destroyed by putting them in a bag and dousing them with bleach or caustic cleaner and then throwing them into the trash. This must be done by 11:57am. Option B: Use egg matzah that is certified Kosher for Pesach. (Note: according to Ashkenazic practice, except for the sick, elderly, or small children, egg matzah should not be eaten at all during Pesach itself.) You must eat at least a half of a matza at each meal and must finish eating the egg matzah by 10:43am and you should avoid placing the egg matzah on Pesach dishes. However, you need not worry as much about the crumbs that may fall as you eat and you need not worry if you have leftover egg matzah since it can just be put away in a closet for the duration of Pesach, as there is no problem of owning egg matzah on Pesach. Important: In both options A and B above, on Shabbos morning, The challah or egg matzah must be consumed before 10:43am The "Kol Chamira" must be recited after you finish eating and before 11:57am. Seudah Shlishis The third Shabbos meal must ideally be eaten on Shabbos afternoon, at which time Chametz is forbidden (including bread and egg matzas) and Matzah is also forbidden on Erev Pesach. The Rem”a suggests that, in a year like this, one should eat Seudah Shlishis after 1:44pm and simply eat meat, fish or fruit. Since this does not satisfy the opinion that ideally the third meal must be bread -based, there are those who, in addition to eating meat, fish, or fruit in the afternoon, also try to get in a second morning bread or egg matzah meal. To do this, they split their morning meal into two parts by stopping midway, reciting the “Birkas HaMazon,” taking a short break (at least 30 minutes and preferably a walk around the block or going into another room), and then washing over rolls or egg matzah again. You must always make sure to finish the rolls or egg matza of both morning meals by 10:43am and take care to discard crumbs and any leftover bread.

Excerpts from Rabbi Marwick’s Pesach FAQ that pertain to Shabbos

Shabbos Meals In order to avoid any possible problems, all Chametz products and utensils should be put away by Friday afternoon. (One may eat products cooked with Matza meal, like kneidlach or gefilte fish.)

Hamotzi at First Two Seudos (Friday Night and Shabbos Morning): Two Valid Options: Option A: Use Challah rolls or pita (to produce as few crumbs as possible) that can be consumed without leaving anything leftover. Prepare just enough for each person at the meal, and no more. Eat the rolls carefully over tissues/napkins/plastic, so that any remaining crumbs can be collected and flushed down the toilet.
