Only Once Each YearOn Friday, April 14th this year, the faith community of St. Patrick will gather at 3 pm, the hour of the Lord’s death, to commemorate his saving Passion and Death. At that service, in solemn procession, we will carry a wooden cross, a reminder of the manner of our Lord’s death. Only at that service are we each offered the opportunity to venerate the wood of that cross, “on which was hung the Savior of the world”. The Holy Triduum – April 13, 14 & 15: Holy Thursday at 6 pm; Good Friday at 3 pm; Easter Vigil at 8 pm.

Volunteers NeededWould you like to participate in the Washing of the Feet, Holy Thursday, April 13th, at 6 pm? Please call the office at 237-0988

...“We cannot do everything, and there is a sense of liber-ation in realizing that. This enables us to do something, and to do it well. It may be incomplete, but it is a begin-ning, a step along the way, an opportunity for God’s grace to enter and do the rest.” —Bishop Ken Untener of Saginaw, Michigan

He said to him “Tend my sheep.” He said to him a third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” [Jesus] said to him, “Feed my sheep.” John 21:15-17 Rachel’s Vineyard Retreat—April 21-23, 2017Do you know someone hurting after an abortion? The Triduum Series—Holy Cross ChurchMonday & Tuesday, April 3rd & 4th-6:30-8pmDying and Rising with Jesus ChristPresented by Jim Schellman, in Church. The Triduum Liturgies are our fullest, most complete expression and understanding of Jesus the Christ. You are invited for tow evenings of spiritual reflection on the paschal dy-ing and rising of Jesus Christ as the recurring pattern of our own lives. We will reflect on this living mys-tery of the Christian life and how it is deepened through the Church’s 40-day retreat of Lent and its culmination in the Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday). Learn and reflect on your own graced journey with the Lord through this holiest of seasons.
