Inside of the Makuhari Seaside Park, it lets guests enjoy the changing of the seasons in a traditional garden which contrasts the modern city around it. Both traditional and more relaxed tea ceremonies can be experienced in the tea house.

A long, open space for guests to take a walk or a break. Under the mall are parking lots that can hold up to 739 cars.

Four times the size of Hibiya Park, this park consists of diverse areas from a man-made beach with a sweeping view of Tokyo Bay to QVC Marine Field, a tranquil Japanese garden, and a wide-open lawn with flowers that bloom in each season.

Japan's longest man-made beach.In the summer it hosts a variety of music festivals and events, and windsurfer's sails color the day.
