Following a successful crowdfunding round, we’re now targeting sectors with a new digital app and rewards offering. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Director to grow our brand globally and acquire strong leads for smart city, retail, sports and education development projects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for individuals who want to work with an innovative technology that can change how people think and can demonstrate to us a proven experience of B2B sales, both inbound and outbound, preferably selling to either brands, retail, the public sector or education. (We would expect a minimum of 12 months proven experience unless you truly are exceptional!).

You must have the ability, and desire, to drive the sales cycle from initial call through to delivery, manage your own account- based business, as well as represent Pavegen at high profile marketing and sales event throughout the year.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant with fantastic research skills, curious mind, and skills to communicate their thought-process to join Pavegen’s growing marketing team!

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably 2 years• Experience preparing marcom assets across print and digital• Excellent research skills• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and work with deadlines• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing and Partnerships Manager to organise• various projects• Conduct market research and measure the results of marketing• activity to inform future marketing campaigns• Create and post online content on Pavegen’s website and social• media accounts• Write marketing collateral (brochures, press releases etc) to• strengthen Pavegen’s current position as the market leader• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data• (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)• Assist in the organizing of promotional events across the world• and attending them, along with compiling integrated marcom• campaigns• Maintain data collection tools including: spreadsheets,• databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and• supplementary information• Assist in the preparation of presentations for the sales and• leadership team• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting• relationships and build effective contact lists in the company’s key• global markets• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality• and coordination of the department’s activities

• Great communication and people skills• A curious mind, hunger to learn, and not hesitant to ask questions• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong

advantage
