Using posters as a marketing technique is used as posters are everywhere such as online or generally around in public areas so many people will see them which will attract a wide audience.

Interviews are used as a marketing technique as people who are on the internet or watch a lot of television will see these interviews which will therefore make them want to go and see the film.
Magazines Magazines are
stereotypically viewed as something a women would read but as you can see these two magazines are completely different even though they are advertising the same thing purely because of the audience the magazine is targeted at. The magazine on the left is targeted at women and the magazine on the right is targeted at males.
Facebook pages are made as a way of marketing the film to near enough all ages as facebook is open to over 13 year olds.
Twitter is a fairly new social networking site but has millions of people on it which is why they have made a twitter page to market to a wide audience.
