After doing market research second step is to define target market

TARGET MARKET:

Our target market consists of customers that are first time using products, young girls having age 14-24 yrs, girls having pocket money approx Rs: 3000, and working women and house wives.

User profile :

As discussed earlier that at introductory stage our customers are from those who are interested in using the new products like married women and the students having low budget with best quality brand new items

Usage pattern:

The interest of the customers shows that they frequently use our products

Demographic:

Target on the basis on income, age, gender and education and our target customers as discussed earlier are women, professionals and school, university going girls.

MARKETING MIX:

PRODUCT:

Offering handmade clutches, geometry boxes, jewelry and jewelry stands, home decoration items, handmade cards etc. that are made up off Jutes, Dorri, straws, woolen, ice-cream sticks, plastic and tin bottles. We also add features like furs,

artificial flowers etc. we provide customization services as well as on the shelf availability of our product. Our product reflect our culture.

PRICE:

We offer our all products at reasonable price. Price vary from product to product, the range from 50- 1000. If we provide customization service then we charge more.

PLACE:

At earlier stage we are opening our shops infront of universities and colleges after that by getting our earning and popularity our main target or aim is to compete with competitors and opening in those areas where our competitors are.

PROMOTION: Online promotion through Facebook, e-mails, brochures. We also offer discounts on the opening of our outlets.

PROCESS:

At the beginning we purchase our raw material from the whole sale marketing and made at smaller scale after some time we offer and hire the expertise people who are familier with or bt training facility we train and hire professionals

PACKAGING:Not a single way of packaging we will differ it time by time on the earlier stage but on this stage we are using gift paper and ribbon that is not usually doing in practice

PEOPLE:

Our customers are those who wants to look different from others.

Our employees are those who have creative mind and have skills to made handmade things.
