Now political unrest heavily impact on any business. Though political unrest is present then we have to work day to day effectively and efficiently in the market.

I think to cover the full market we have to work with planning. Our marketing department may work in two teams. One team work for door to door and another team work for existing potential client. We can do email marketing. Social media also effective like Facebook and LinkedIn. We may provide our best service to the potential client included price also. Sometimes we can be heard bad condition about their business so, on that time we

need not to talk about our products and service just try to show a little theme about our service and try to build a good relationship with the client.

We have all some friends and relatives who are involve in different types of jobs. Those who haven’t website and who don’t used software in their organization, we can inform them about our service. Response may positive.

Expand to New Markets (we can run our business in our country as well as outside our country that is internationally)

Contribute to external online communities (we can recruit in LinkedIn just for add and promotion) the team would also post content to online communities focused on recruitment, including LinkedIn groups. The idea was to get involved in conversations at these external communities to both develop some thought leadership and promote the Fire fish brand.

Search client in different source and just knock them over phone or email. If over phone then try to take a meeting with them.
