Bangalore and operating all India basis for marketing and promotion of construction

and mining industry in the country and also in Germany. The professionals of

Marque Innovations both in the country and in Germany have experience in

Juergen Kuepper

He is having nearly 45 years of experience in construction equipment marketing in

Europe and Asia. He has an extensive market knowledge specially in India. He started

Wirtgen operation in India with latest technology for road construction and

rehabilitation as early as 1986. He has seen Indian market very closely and has a great

knowledge in this area. He has also created a number of entrepreneurs in road

construction through transfer of technology and training of people on the latest

construction technology.

Juergen joins the team of Marque Innovations full heartedly, physically and mentally to create the “DREAM VENTURE ” in the country.

Highly experienced and a distinguished personality in the field of Limestone Mining

and Cement manufacturing for over 40 years in Cement, R&D, Ready Mix, Dry

Mortar & Wind Farm Activities and put on 40 years of service all through at Madras

Cements Ltd.

He was the first to deploy full fledged Surface Miner operation in developing a blast-

free quarrying operation to support the complete cement plant requirement. He, under

his leadership Madras Cement had implemented Surface Miners of different models

from soft limestone to hard limestone up to 80 MPa for the first time in the country

having procured & deployed in the own mine and run for over 14 years.

Mr. V. Jaganathan to his credit has the credibility of setting up to operation of number

of Cement Plants Project of million tones and above, number of Cement Grinding

Units, Coal Based Thermal Power Projects where he established the state-of-art

Technology of the world.

Under him, he had set-up full team of the Professional Technical and guided them for

successful venture of a number of projects.

Subhash Chandra Niyogi

After completion of graduation from IIT Kharagpur in 1984 in Mining Engineering

He spent initial period in learning mining technology and equipment for about two

and half years. Then onwards he is in the venture of development, implementation

and operation of GREEN India equipment.

After spending his initial venture in Indian market for promoting skid mounted in-pit

coal crushing system for coal industries and pioneering the concept in the country. He introduced blast-free mining by Surface Miners for the first time in the country as

early as 1994 when first Surface Miner was introduced at Ambuja Cement Veraval limestone mine.

Having introduced over 20 nos Surface Miners in the limestone quarries, it was

introduction of Surface Miners in coal with the first machine deployed at Lakhanpur

OCP, Mahanadi Coalfield Limited during 1997. Until 2007 beginning under his

leadership as Managing Director of Wirtgen India Pvt. Limited there was over 25

machines in the coal mines.

Wirtgen India Pvt. Limited, under his leadership not only pioneered blast free mining

in the country, but also remained a sustained market leader in the field of Concrete

Slipform Paving, Asphalt Paving, Milling and Asphalt Recycling.
