Dear Friends of Holy Spirit, Thank you to those who came for our volunteer work day at the new rectory on Satur-day, the 24th. We had 11 people but a lot was accomplished. We are hoping to begin putting the new siding on in the next few days. Over the next few months I would like to ask you to share your experiences of “blessing” through different ministries in the parish. These will be col-lected and shared with people in several different ways. For the month of October I would ask you to share reflections on this question: “How have I been blessed through the celebration of Mass and sacraments here at Holy Spirit? Has there been a particular time when my heart was moved through the beauty of the church or the depth of the wor-ship?” While general statements of “blessing” are fine, I would ask that you think about a particular time that you experienced the goodness of worship. These can be mailed to myself (7243 E. 10th St. 46219) or e-mailed to [email protected]. God’s Blessings and Love,

SCHEDULING OF MEETING ROOMS Our scheduling software is working well. In order for everyone

to have access to meeting rooms we need to ask all people to

schedule their rooms and ask for a confirmation. If you are

making your reservation in person, you can ask for the confir-

mation to be printed out right then. If you are requesting a

room over the phone, a confirmation can be emailed to you. If

you have been told that a room has been reserved, but you are

in charge of a meeting or retreat, please call to check, and

again, request a confirmation. For example, we have reserved

some space for retreat weekends, but it is the responsibility of

the actual retreat teams to verify, make sure the times they

need are reserved and give us your contact information. Thank

you for your cooperation!
