ApplicationThe temperature monitor MASTERTEMP™ was developed to monitor the ambient and oil temperature, or top and bottom oil temperature, or top oil and OLTC with possibility differential temperature alarms and up to 3 (three) calculated winding hotspot Temperatures in transformers and reactors immersed in oil, MASTERTEMP™ can activate the fans protecting power and distribution transformer (ANSI 49I and ANSI 49).
Main Features
Aluminum EnclosureThe aluminum enclosure has high mechanical resistence creating a Faraday cage that increases the immunity of the electric circuit in cases of noise induction and electrical discharges. The enclosure works as a heat-sink extending the life of the MASTERTEMP. Reduced size 3.8x3.8x3.8 inch (98x98x98mm)
DisplayHigh brightness display with 04 (four) digits of 0,78 inch (20 mm) height, and decimal display of 0,51 inch (13 mm) height;
Keyboard and SoftwareUSE EASY, with fully intuitive setup menus, forms a perfect set for the user. To further facilitate, Mastertemp™ is supplied with a configuration software with graphics, reports, and additional resources.
CT Split-CoreCT Split-core for measurement of the load current of the transformer in order to calculate winding hotspot Temperatures.Mounting on standard DIN 35mm rail.

MASTERTEMP can be installed directly in the transformer panel, reactor, in the power substation yard, as well as in offshore drilling platforms and chemical industry.
