The library has an widespread collection of intellectual volumes and titles. In addition, the library subscribes popular national & international journals. Number of books are augmented on a continuous basis. A large number of CD’s are supplementary digital resource offered by the library. Area of 410 Sq.ft. is spread in three section stacking section/Issue Return ,E-library, reading room .All books are classified with DDC 22nd edition which is used all over the world .

The Library has sitting capacity of 200 Students and it is always full of students during preparatory period and examinations. During this period library is open for 12 hours

TRANSPORT FACILTY

Institute possess 12 buses. All the buses runs through all corners of the Nasik city and outskirt region. Buses are also used for industrial visit. Each semester 2 short visit and one long visit are arranged by each deprtment to brideg the gap between industry and academic.

• Annual social gathering “jamboree” is special feature of MATOSHRI. It consist of personality contest, fashion show, fun games, treasure hunt,singing,dancing .Other than this ganpati festival & dahi hundi celebration is main attraction of the students.

Action Against Ragging…

• The Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999, which came in to existence from 15 May 1999 has the following provisions for Action against Ragging.

• Ragging with in or outside of any educational institution is prohibited.• Whosoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates ragging within or outside

any educational institution shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term up to 2 years and or penalty which may extent to Rs.10,000/=

• Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall be dismissed from the educational institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for period of 5 years form date of order of such dismissal.

• Whenever any student or as the case may be there, the parent or guardian or teacher of the institute complains in writing about ragging to the head of educational institute shall, without prejudice to the foregoing provisions with in 7 days of receipts of complaints enquire into the matter mentioned in the complaint and if prima facie, it is found true, suspend the student who is accused of the offence and shall immediately forward the complaint to the police station having jurisdiction over the area in which the educational institute is situated, for further action. Where on enquiry by the head of educational institution it is found that there is no substance, prima facie, in complaint received, he/she shall intimate the fact in writing to the complainant. The decision of the educational institution shall be final.

• If the head of educational institution fails or neglects to act in the manner specified in section ‘d’ above when a complaint of ragging is made, such person shall be dimmed to have abetted the offence and shall on conviction be punished as provided for in section ‘b’ above.

College Rules & Regulations

• It is mandatory for every student to attend all the lectures regularly and he/she should maintain minimum 75 % attendance in theory and the practical as per the University norms. College will have right to take any disciplinary action against the student failing to do so.

No student shall be allowed to appear for the examination unless he/she has recorded minimum 75 % attendance and fulfilled all the academic and official requirements like completion of journals, assignments in the prescribed manner and time, payment of all the dues before the commencement of the examination

• Student should come to the college in uniform

• . Mobile phones are Strictly Prohibited in College Campus.

• The Principal of the college will rusticate the student who will engage himself/herself in anti-social and illegal activities from the institute without giving prior notice.

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, dignity and the decorum in the classroom, workshop, library, laboratories and the campus, and observe the rules and regulations prescribed from time to time.

• Ragging of any student in any form and nature within or outside the institute premises, shall result in instant rustication of the guilty students from the institute. This action will be as per Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999.

• Smoking, drugs addiction, consumption of alcoholic drinks, chewing tobacco, spitting are strictly prohibited in the premises of the institute.

• Damage to the property of the institute like tampering with the fixtures, equipments, instruments, furniture, books, wall paints, computers, and any other machinery belonging to the institute is strictly prohibited and may result into instant action of the guilty students.

• If any student fails to pay the tuition fees, hostel fees or any dues in time, The Principal reserves the right to take appropriate action.

• Students should see the notice board of the college regularly.. Ignorance in doing so will not bear any responsibility of the institute.

• It is mandatory for all the students to appear for the class tests, presentations and complete all the given assignments in time.

• It is desirable for the parents/guardian to attend the parent- teacher meet.

• The parents/guardians must contact the teacher guardian of their ward regularly and especially on the non-receipt of the monthly attendance report and academic performance report.

• All the matters pertaining to discipline directives of the Principal shall be mandatory and final.

All the candidates who have applied for the admission shall submit the following undertaking.I have read all the Rules and Regulations of Admission and after understanding them

thoroughly, I have filled in the application form for the admission for the current academic year. The information given by me in the application form is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if any information given by me in the application form and by any other source in connection with my admission later at any time found to be false or incorrect, college authority will have all rights to cancel my admission, forfeit the fees and expel me from the college.I have not been debarred from appearing at any examination held by any Government constituted or statutory examination authority of India.

I fully understand that the allotment of the course will be made to me depending on my inter se merit, order of preference given by me and the number of seats available at that point of time in a stage.

I understand that no document after the last date of submission will be entertained for the purpose of claims or concessions etc. in connection of my admission unless otherwise mentioned in the rules.

I am fully aware that the Competent Authority or its representative will not make any correspondence with me regarding admission. I am also aware that it is entirely my responsibility to see the notifications in the newspapers and the notices on the notice boards of the college.

I am aware that any rule imposed by the University such as imposing limits on the number of attempts permissible to pass any examination shall be binding on me.
