Matrix Service promotes executives

HOUSTON — Matrix Service Inc. has pro-moted two executives. Alan Updyke has been promoted to pres-ident of Matrix Service Inc. following the retirement of former President James Ryan. Updyke joined Matrix Service in July 2012 as vice president of capital construction and was promoted to senior vice president, operations, in September 2014. Frank Capristo has been promoted to vice president, turnaround and plant services for Matrix Service. Capristo joined Matrix Service in 2013 and most recently held the position of general manager, maintenance and plant ser-vices.
