July 2011 – Oct. 2013 Supply Chain Analyst Natures Way Foods Various key roles within a changing planning team: - Material Planner: Responsible for monitoring inventory and placing replenishment orders for packaging, consumable, hygiene and chemical products across three sites. Assistant Demand Forecaster: Responsible for producing daily demand forecasts across all SKUs for all food service clients, plus Asda & McDonalds to attain >90% accuracy at all times. Build collaborative forecasting relationship with McDonalds to develop joint KPIs and improve accuracy with particular attention to promotional periods. Also involved in launch of several new fruit product SKUs. S&OP Controller: Review, document & improve existing 4-weekly S&OP cycle process. Deliver forecasted raw material demand for entire product range to procurement team & validate changes. Ensure product recipe & yield master data correct at all times & analyse delta between financial standards & actual results. Deliver net change reports on forecast accuracy to sales teams & raw material requirements to procurement/supply chain. Produce periodic S&OP Board Report for Exec. ERP Supply Chain Specialist: Document (flow-map in Visio), and obtain sign-off of all current processes within Supply Chain. Work with new ERP Implementation partners & key individuals throughout SC to identify opportunities to design & develop improved processes to be adopted under proposed Dynamics AX 2012 ERP platform.
