The rear posts are forged alloychannel bar which provide roll overprotection for passengers. Theexposed surfaces are all treated withanodized oxidization which is longlasting and robust.

To be passenger friendly, our dashboard has integrated instrument cluster and conveniences such as cup holder, glove box and large storage basket. USB port for phone charging and navigation device.

The materials used here are impact resisting and automotive engineering grade PP. The hollow structure prevents possible impact that may deform the chassis frame by denting and rebouncing to absorb the shock energy so to provide better protection over passengers.

We use the tandem master twin cylinder pump and H type dual circuit brake system. Even if one of the dual circuits failed, braking pump will still activate to ensure passenger safety.

Seats feature polypropylene vacuum foamed bottom that won’t rot, sag or warp. Covered with thick, durable seamless vinyl, and contoured for maximum seating comfort. Seat cushion is separate from armrest which effectively avoid the possibility of seat sliding forward in case of emergency braking.

Our canopy is a one piece structure that provides large rain and sun shade. The canopy has built-in drain spouts that channel water straight to the ground, away from passengers and the sweater basket.

Weather proof and tailored for ourvehicles, our rain curtain providesclear views while protectingyou from the wind and rain.

Our parking and braking system uses the unique single-leading-shoe drum brake, plus strengthened foot pedal, and parking ratchet. The system is simple, and extremely reliable. Parking and braking are fine tuned for easier and better control over engaging and releasing.

The electrical parking is usuallyequipped for ATV, now installed ingolf cars can avoid sliding and ensurethe safety of vehicle parking on hillypath. The electrical parking combin-ing the existing single-leading-shoedrum brake, assure maximum passen-ger safety.

Verification result: The suspension system has excellent mechanical properties, which can absorb most impact from the pebbles, Carlisle LINKS tubeless turf tire provides strong ground contact, and endures wear and extra heavy load with little tread print on the turf. The riders comfort is guaranteed.

Verification result: The carriage frame strength and toughness meet design requirements; McPherson front suspension structure reduces significantly the impact and moderate continued bump shocks mildly. Rear suspension with variable cross-section leaf spring structure help stabilize the carriage frame and reduce body roll; The hydraulic damping combined with the suspension absorbs most of the impact.

Verification result: the vehicle has a max design grading ability at 40%, and parking at 30% slope, climbing uphill from either ends of the ramp bridge proved no difficulty. On extreme 40% downhill sliding, vehicle braking function well, despite that the parking does not hold the vehicle, the anti-skidding function of the electronic control system is able to control the vehicle, resulting in slow sliding downhill.
