If your child is receiving Baptism, First Communion, or Confirma-tion and you are still pending to turn in any forms please do so

immediately! If the forms are not in on time the Sacraments might

need to be postponed to next year. We do not want this to happen.

Bring the forms by the office to be delivered to Sr. Guadalupe.

Cold weather attire. Solid blue jacket. No hoodies. Cardigan Sweater. Stockings and navy blue or black leggings may be worn. No boots.

STEWARDSHIP: Sustaining our School

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 LATE FEE will be charged after the

10th of the month. STEP UP FOR STUDENTS: Checks need

to by signed the same week they arrive.

AFTER SCHOOL FEES: *$10 per day applies to all students not registered with the SMS Aftercare program *A snack will be provided. *Parents that owe the aftercare will not be allowed to attend aftercare. *$2.00 every 30min. Or $40 a week-* Aftercare from 3:15-6:00pm. $10/day. *There is Morning Care starting at 6:30 am for a fee of $1 per day.

Do not bring children to school BEFORE 6:30 am there is no

supervision!

Dismissal: Let’s keep the safety of our students a pri-ority. PLEASE DO NOT PARK on 2nd Ave-nue for dismissal! Pick up from the office can not be done 30min. prior to dismissal only with an appointment card.
