Miller House Do Care Visiting Program

If you are interested in volunteering

with Miller House, or know of someone

who is, please contact Tracy Neave-

Volunteer Coordinator on 5232 5204.

Tracy will help you through the

Volunteer Orientation for Colac Area

Health. You will then be well supported

by Tracy and the Miller House team for

visiting and social activities.

This month we have Volunteer Week.

Can you encourage someone to join us

at Miller House, or in the Visiting

Program?

It is so good to have people coming forward to volunteer. Some of these people are also

participants at Miller House. It is wonderful to have them stepping out to be a volunteer

in the Visiting Program. At the moment there are 3 new volunteers who will most likely

be matched with a participant of Miller House by the time you receive this newsletter.

The month of April has seen 4 new matches, with 3 being returning volunteers. It is so

exciting putting matches together, as I realise the impact you volunteers have on the

participant, and how much their quality of life is improved. Matches means two people

linked to have a friendship connection.
