Expected to have: read the chapter ahead of class, met in your case study groups, and discussed the upcoming discussion

question/cases. You should individually and as a team have

prepared the case prepartion chart for all cases being discussed and be prepared to discuss the key concepts, issues, and provide a sound analysis of the discussion question/case.
