LOCATIONThe Charlestown drive-thru centre is situated within the Charlestown Shopping Centre Complex. The scheme can be easily accessed from J5 of the M50 providing easy access to customers traveling from the North and West. The immediate area to the east and south predominantly comprises modern and established housing schemes such as Meakstown which provide a significant catchment for the restaurants. Separately, land uses to the west and south are for the most part commercial with the established North Park Business Park and Joe Duffy motors immediately adjacent.

The area and its immediate environs has a population in the order of 31,440 persons (Census 2011) whilst the M50, immediately north of the scheme, is Ireland’s busiest road carrying in excess of 100,000 vehicles per day.

Charlestown Shopping Centre, is anchored by Dunnes Stores and opened for trade in October 2007. Since inception the 150,000 sq ft scheme has enjoyed excellent occupancy and is due to launch its new 9 screen Odeon Cinema and leisureplex in early Spring 2014 which will add considerably to the existing line up of the centre.
