TJ Grimaldi, who has been featured in multiple national publications including Good Morning America; Nightline; The View; The New York Times; The Tampa Bay Times; and DailyMail.com, was born in Tampa, Florida, on October 30, 1976. He was raised in Tampa where he attended school. He graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School in 1995, after which he attended the University of Florida. Mr. Grimaldi graduated from the University of Florida in 1999, earning his degree in Economics with minors in History and Speech. While at the University of Florida he was inducted into Omicron Delta Espsilon, an honors society, for his excellence in his major field of study.

A fourth generation Tampa native, Mr. Guito graduated from Jesuit High School in 1979. Son of Tampa trial lawyer, Ralph M. Guito, Jr., he was exposed to the legal profession at an early age. As a young boy, he was privileged to watch his father champion the rights of others in the courtrooms of the 1960s and 70s, always knowing that he would someday become an attorney, himself.At the University of South Florida, Mr. Guito earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, with the overall goal of obtaining a law degree and becoming a trial lawyer. Jeffrey Carl Hakanson graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He attended the South Texas College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1995.Mr. Hakanson began his practice of law in a local Tampa real estate firm. During his work in the real estate law firm, Mr. Hakanson developed an expertise in representing secured lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions, lender liability actions and bankruptcy cases. Katie Brinson Hinton graduated from the Florida State University with a degree in industrial engineering in May 2002. Ms. Hinton then attended law school at the University of Florida. Richard J. McIntyre is a litigation and bankruptcy attorney. Garrett Severson joined the firm in 2015 as an associate in the complex litigation division.
