Facility Booking – (IOS and Android)

• Facility Booking has the

following functions.

– Facility Booking to allow

you to book facilities in

your school.

– View My Bookings allows

you to generate a report on

the bookings made for the

facilities.

Facility Booking – (IOS and Android)

• Facility Booking allows you to

book facilities in your school.

• The facilities setup must have

been completed before you

can book the school facilities.

This can be accomplished by

accessing the MC Online web

portal.

Facility Booking – Making a Booking

1. Select the category of the

facility to be booked.

2. Choose the facility that you will

be booking.

3. Select the date of the booking

and the time/period slots.

4. Choose the recurring options

available. They are Repeat

Daily, Repeat Every Weekday

and Repeat Weekly. Additional

options will appear for the

recurring options.

5. Select the class that is making

the booking and fill in the

purpose for booking the facility.

6. Tap on the “Next” icon on the

top-right corner (right-pointing

arrow) to save the booking.

7. A success message indicating

your booking has been saved

will be shown. This booking

requires the facilities manager

to approve.

• The facilities manager or

approver will have to approve

from the MC Online web portal.

Facility Booking – Viewing My Booking

1. Select the category which the

facility belongs, then select the

facility.

2. Choose the date range to view

the report.

3. Click on the “Next” icon on the

top-right corner (the right-

pointing arrow).

Note

• The report cannot be exported.

You will have to use the MC

Online web portal to export the

data.

• Only Approved bookings are

listed.
