I would like to remind everyone again to check the club roster as printed in Memo #4 for accuracy. If new office~p have been elected w" need to know. Every year there are some clubE who complain because they do not receive important Contest Board and Executive Board information, only to find that someone forgot to send an address change to ICSCC.

This issue contains the announcement of the final championship points race for the season. Announcements for the enduros are scheduled for mailing on Sept. 12th. Memo #13, due for mailing Sept. 29th, will include results of the last two races of the season. The final Memo will be mailed October 10th, and will include final points standings as well as the banquet and meeting announcements.

In this Memo you will find the championship points standings through the first eight races. Section 904 E of the Competition Regulations deals with protesting points. Please look the points over very carefully and notify Points Keeper Andy Barcheck, 3240 Franklin Court N.E., Bremerton, WA 98310 (206)373-9616 if you discover any errors •

In compliance with Competition Regulation 808 B, this is the noti­fication of a $50.00 fine levied against the Sports Car Club of British Columbia by ICSCC President Jerry Barnett. This action was taken in accordance with Competition Regulations108, 207, 713-A, and sections of the ICSCC Policy and Procedures Manual, and concerns many irregularities which occurred at the first two Westwood ICSCC championship races.

COMPETITION REGULATIONS JURISDICTION:

The Fall Meetings of the Contest and Executive Boards are close at hand. The designation of jurisdiction, currently printed only in the ICSCC Policy and Procedures Manual, is listed below for your information. If you don't save your Memos, you might want to clip this and put it in your copy of the Competition Regulations.
