Every year there are some clubE who complain because they do not receive important Contest Board and Executive Board information, only to find that someone forgot to send an address change to ICSCC.

This issue contains the announcement of the final championship points race for the season. Announcements for the enduros are scheduled for mailing on Sept. 12th. Memo #13, due for mailing Sept. 29th, will include results of the last two races of the season. The final Memo will be mailed October 10th, and will include final points standings as well as the banquet and meeting announcements.
