• IBC hosts up to 3000 permanently based media
• 15-20 000 media related persons will descend on SA – they are split up across the 10 venues and IBC with especially print journalists moving around
• Media must be managed – constant information flow develop our network now

• Dealt with : Filming permits, Logistics, hardware and equipment , Press educationals, studio shoots, location scouting, footage packages etc.
• Needed 3 year lead in time • should be done whether we get
IBC or not!
