Pool & Recreation The freshwater swimming pool and whirlpool hot tub overlook the ocean and are bordered by the 26,000-square-foot Dolphin Lagoon and manmade tide pools with a variety of marine life. The pool and beach staff can coordinate your snorkeling, surfing, kayaking and fishing. Lounges are available for rent by reservation for half day and full day use. Deck chairs, sun toiletries, and towel service are located at the Pool Center. Complimentary cold treats are served in the afternoons.

The Kahala Spa The award-winning Kahala Spa, with its serene outdoor rest area, ten spacious massage and treatment suites, and exclusive brands of spa products, is an idyllic choice for pampering and rejuvenation for both women and men. It continues to set new trends and maintain high standards for health and beauty treatments ranging from facials, manicures and pedicures, to massage and body treatments.

Chi Health Energy Fitness Center Personal Trainers at the CHI Health Energy fitness center will customize a complete fitness program in consultation with your home fitness counselor or you can try one of the Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, hula aerobics, or The Kahala Beach Workout classes during your stay.
