The audience for my media product will be the 16-24 age range. I feel this is the main time that you will listen to music, as a student or teenager, music is a good comfort. As my magazine is primarily band based, I have aimed it at the younger generation, as my bands are in the indie/folk/alternate rock category. I believe this is the main market area for such magazines. I have priced my magazine at £2.50 which equates to £7 a month on my ‘deal’ this because I have aimed the price at students that enjoy reading the magazine but can’t afford to spend lots of money.
