5. Project description : 5 ) Project description: KKZ (Kimia Khorram Zagross) will install a factory in Lorestan, south eastern of Iran. Under the investment plan, the company will install a production line at the site of the factory for; � Tablet, Capsule, powder vial, powder syrup and liquid syrup � Ampoule and inject able preparations � Biological drugs � Special production line for Thalassemia and MS The installation of the production line and the construction of the factory will start in Jan 2009. The production at the production line will start from Nov 2010. Production plan has been divided in 4 phases: � Phase 1: solid and liquid doses (tablet, Capsule, powder vial, powder syrup and liquid syrup) � Phase2: Ampoule and inject able preparation � Phase3: Biological drugs � Phase4: Special drugs i.e. Thalassemia and MS KKT (Kimia Khoram Trading) is a JV between KKZ and PCN company specialized in import and export pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products KKT focused on pharmaceuticals marketing and sales to develop Iranian market from a none branded market into branded market. KKT aim is to expand the business to the other markets in this region
