About This document contains all the enhancements and bug fixes made to FirstDose v2.1 from v2.0.1.
Enhancements
1. Remove Item a. Cart & Controlled Drawer lock/unlock status indicator
If a controlled item is selected then the page will display a user interface showing the
lock/unlock status of cart and controlled drawer.
Above picture shows a state where cart is unlocked after providing the secondary
authentication details. Now user needs to wait until the ‘Controlled 1 Unlock’ changes to
green color before opening the controlled drawer.
Above image shows that the controlled drawer is unlocked and user can pull out the
controlled drawer now.
b. One Time Access
One Time Access (OTA) process request process has been simplified. Also, if OTA is enabled
then user can select only one controlled item per transaction.
4 | P a g e
i. Requesting an OTA: User needs to click on ‘Request OTA’ button, this will generate
an OTA request at pharmacy and user needs to contact Pharmacy to get the
approved code.
Note: If user already has an OTA code then instead of clicking the ‘Request OTA’ button, he needs to
click on ‘Already have OTA code……….’ Button.
ii. Validating OTA: After click on the request button, the Secondary Authentication
panel will be changed accordingly and would ask user to enter the OTA code, see
below image
iii. Secondary Authentication: Upon entering a valid OTA code the UI will be changed
to accept the secondary credentials.

e. Enabled editing of OTA code for Pending requests.
Note: While entering the OTA code manually, the code length should be minimum 8 digits.
f. Display ‘Dosage’ column in requested medicine list.
