SECURITY DIVISION
REGISTRATION WEEK: A new student must register within 2 weeks before the commencement of the semester.
NOTE:Postponement of registration will not be considered.The offer will be considered NULL AND VOID if student do not register during the registration period.
SERVICE FEES CLAIM PROCEDURES
Make sure to choose your company’s name in the application portal before submit the application.
Failure to do so, may cause lost in eligibility to claim such service fees.
Submit a complete Service Fees Claim form to relevant department 2 months after the registration date for the relevant intake.
February intake: 1 April – 30 MaySeptember intake: 1 Nov – 31 Dec
Please take note that, UPM will NOT process the incomplete verification form.
No early submissions will be entertained.
Prepare an invoice based on verification note as stated in the Service Fees Claim form by SGS/Academic Division.
Payment will be processed upon receiving the original official invoice.

The duration for the whole process in normal case including the verification from relevant department or division will take between 20 to 60 working days.
