Our strongest “thinking” type, Sandra can solve any problem! She is energetic, strategic, straightforward and passionate. Her ENPL colleagues appreciate her thoughtful responses, creativity and the way she embraces leadership. Sandra is a joy to be around.
Todd ElliottBoys & Girls Club
Charismatic and enthusiastic, Todd is a high energy leader who brings a quest for excellence to his work. He is a go-getter who is open and supportive of others. Todd’s great sense of humor and engaging style were bright spots in our days together.

Primed to make a difference in the nonprofit realm, Deborah is a sincere and kind spirit with high “EQ!” She is down-to-earth, dependable, inclusive, and smart. Deb’s ability to champion other people is one of her pathways to excellence.

Jenny’s many admirable qualities include her inquisitive nature and keen observations of people and systems. She has a no-nonsense style, ability to offer fresh perspectives to her teammates, and amazing agility on the high wire! Jenny is also the proud mother of our most recent ENPL baby!

Courtney Jones Planned Parenthood
Full of ambition and passion for her causes, Courtney is a force for good in our community. Her sparkling sense of humor lifts our spirits and her frank commentary sharpens our thinking. Courtney is an excellent person to be with on the high ropes!

Extremely capable and creative, Noel balances her
focused approach with a fun loving side. Noel shines as a
true team player.

Sandy is our most stylish leader! She is direct, strong, smart, an excellent manager,
and also full of kindness. ENPL colleagues note that Sandy is “Deep Water”, the “Go To
Person”, Peace Maker, and Friend.

Kay is always open to learning new skills! She is a great role model for many of
us and leads with warmth, vision, and inclusivity. Her
positive energy and approachability add to her
effectiveness as a leader and valued team mate.
Val ReinfordSpecial Olympics
A few of the adjectives used to describe Val’s leadership style are: reflective, knowledgeable, engaging and focused. Val pushes past her comfort levels to get results and is someone we learned a lot from. She also won praise for being a “great roommate” at our retreat!

integrity and commitment. A consensus builder, Megan is known for her honesty, her grounded and thoughtful

Classmates appreciated her sense of humor, insight, and
friendliness. Her steady presence helps others along the pathway.
