The following information is provided as a guideline to assist you in planning your events and meetings. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Conference and Catering Department at 305.295.3230.

All Catering Packages Include: Set up and breakdown of event , 60 inch dark brown Tuscan tables, White folding garden chairs, White Cloth Napkins

Food and Beverage Services: Suggested menu items are enclosed. However, it will be our pleasure to assist you in your planning. Our Catering Manager and Executive Chef are available to work with you in designing a menu for your special event. Please note that no food or beverage products may be brought into our facilities from outside sources. Food and beverage products from our catered events cannot be packaged to go. All plated menus require place cards and assigned table seating.

Meal Guidelines:Pier House Resort requires guaranteed attendance of all meal functions to be specified at least seven business days before the event. If no guarantee is received, the numbers indicated on the original signed banquet event order will be considered the guaranteed number of guests.

Minimum Number Requirements: Where indicated, certain menu selections require a minimum number of guests.

Pricing: Prices are based on availability and are subject to change. Menu prices cannot be guaranteed more than 30 days before the function due to the daily fluctuation of market prices. Pier House Resort reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions on the menu to meet increases in market prices or commodity shortages.

Bar Charges: All bars require a set-up fee of $125; each additional bartender is $75. Specialty beverages may be added to your bar for an additional fee.
