Meeting rooms ANZCA House features six meeting rooms with high-speed internet connection, Zoom connectivity and touch-screen displays. These modern spaces are ideal for committee meetings, informal discussion groups or teleconferencing. Our facilities and IT teams are available to set up your meetings and provide support throughout the day as required.

Council room Our newly refurbished council room features two break-out spaces and is the perfect blend of modern style and integrated technology. High-speed internet is available, along with integrated Zoom and teleconferencing technology to support modern-day events.

Auditorium The Auditorium is the largest space on site and offers generous double-height ceilings and a second tier of seating above the ground floor. The air-conditioned space is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system including a high-definition projector, built-in microphones and speakers. The layout of the room is adaptable making it suitable for events such as conferences, education training, workshops and sit-down dinners.

Douglas Joseph room This multi-functional space offers history, elegance and grandeur. It is an ideal room to host board meetings, corporate lunches or team building activities. The space can be divided into two smaller rooms, or opened up to incorporate the outdoor terrace, overlooking our landscaped gardens.

Meeting spaces within Ulimaroa

Piano room The piano room is an ideal size for individuals or smaller team meetings. While providing a professional environment, its tall ceilings, large light-filled windows and views of the gardens create an excellent ambiance.

Ulimaroa boardroom With its grand entrance way, presidential portraits and large windows, this unique boardroom is an impressive space for large meetings or events. The long table configuration will allow your team to connect and encourage productive discussions. This space also comes with the opportunity to use our large upstairs foyer as a breakout space or lunch spot.

Burnell room Located on the first floor, the Burnell room offers meeting space for smaller groups. It features direct access to our upstairs foyer, making it prefect for team break-out options.

While you’re here… We welcome you to explore The Geoffrey Kaye Museum of Anaesthetic History. Located within Ulimaroa, it showcases more than 170 years of advances in anaesthesia and pain medicine, and is the largest and most diverse collection of its kind in the world. Room hire inclusionsA fee for the exclusive use of the room is applicable. Fees are subject to the period required, number of guests in attendance, and overall catering requirements. Please speak with our functions co-ordinator for more details.• Room hire: half day (8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm) and

full day (8am-5pm).• Dedicated functions co-ordinator to manage your event,

end to end.• Facilities team and IT support onsite for room set up and
