Romulus and Remus They were twins . Their wicked uncle wanted them killed.

The slaves put the twins in the river. She wolf found Romulus and Remus and

looked after them. They were rescued by a shepherd. They killed their wicked uncle. They built a city. They had a fight to decide what to call it. Romulus killed his brother and so the city

got called Rome.

They built it 3000 years ago.

The gladiators and slaves fought there.

It could hold 80,000 people.

Roman Baths The Romans had a bath

together.

They used oil to clean themselves.
