• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Have a minimum of fi ve years of documented industrial and/or offi ce real estate brokerage experience and is actively engaged as an industrial and/or offi ce real estate broker or salesperson

• PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

Maintain a minimum production per year as measured by Gross Fee Income (GFI) and a minimum number of transactions within the standards set by the local Chapters. GFI is the fee income directly attributable to the applicant that the applicant’s fi rm receives before splits.

The Phoenix Metro GFI requirement is $400,000The Tucson Metro GFI requirement is $300,000

The applicant must fulfi ll the following:

• Meet set GFI amount for three out of the fi ve most recent 12-month periods.

• Close a minimum of fi ve transactions per year.

• At least 70% of the GFI requirement must be comprised of industrial and/or offi ce transactions.
