MEMCOR® CS II system takes the features ofsubmerged membrane systems, such as: high solidshandling capability; low energy use; & low footprintand makes them better!

Building on over 30 years of experience in bothsupplying membranes and membrane systems, theMEMCOR CS II system is the latest addition to theMEMCOR product family. The system uses: thelatest enhanced PVDF UF membrane & potting thatis proven in the field; a proven backwash process;and enhanced the configuration to reduce bothcapital & operating costs.

The MEMCOR CS II system is ideal for newinstallations or for upgrades to existing Filtersystems or Clarifiers. By using “double ended”filtration & a longer module energy usage isreduced; cutting membrane operating costs;decreasing the plant footprint while deliveringexceptional value over the entire system life-cycle.

ABILITY TO TREAT THE MOST CHALLENGINGFEEDS

With MEMCOR CS II the modules sitsubmerged/immersed in an open tank. Each moduleis comprised of thousands of membrane fibers withmicroscopic pores on the membrane surface. As thewater passes through the fibers, particles greaterthan 0.04 µm are rejected by the membrane.

During each backwash the waste solids arecompletely drained from the tank which eliminatesmaldistribution and combined with a small diameterfiber bundle increases the solids handling capability.
