Comments Did this year’s event meet your expectations? Why or why not?

• This event more than met my expectations! I had every confidence in the planners and especially the production and support teams. Thank you for your excellent work!

• It did! The speakers were very informational. • It is the first time I’ve seen an event at this caliber and I really like it, it was

awesome! • These kind of high-level events puts Asian American and Sac State on the map!

It is badly needed as an alum and now professional. Keep it up to continue the conversation.

Which elements of the event did you like the most?

• The quality and passion of the speakers, their sincere message to students and their honesty and transparency when it came to their own experiences.

• I enjoyed the variety of the speakers. It was nice to hear from people in different occupations of the same field.

• All the speakers were phenomenal. • Testimonies and shares how they start and what they are doing now • Excellent hosting; excellent videos; really liked the interview with Richard.

What topics would you like to see more at our next event?

• Asians in Sports; Asians in Political Leadership. • APIDA Trans Experience!; topics that are taboo. • APIDA in Social Service Work; Mental Health. • Include high profile Asian parents on how to help their children continue to a path

beyond college. • Asians in the White House; APIDA in the military (all four branches)
