ArrangementsTorch Club Catering provides all of the food and beverages served at the New York University’s Torch Club. In addition, we are pleased to provide services throughout the campus community.

Pre-Event PlanningGeneral InformationThe following menus are guidelines designed to assist you in selecting a menu for your event. Our catering staff will be happy to design and create unique, customized menus for each individual event.

FloristOur catering staff will be happy to make floral arrangements for you using one of our in-house floral design vendors.

GuaranteeA guaranteed number of guests is required for catered events. Final attendance must be confirmed three (3) business days in advance or the expected attendance will become the final guarantee. In the case of cancellation, you will be responsible for any costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation.

Additional ItemsService ChargesWait staff are required for all plated dinners and receptions. Buffets may also require wait staff, depending on location of the event and the number of guests attending. Wait staff are charged on a five hour minimum. Please call for wait staff pricing.

LinensHouse linens are available upon request (white or ivory). You have the option to customize your event linens. Our catering managers would be pleased to assist you in providing alternatives. Call for pricing. RentalsOur catering staff can make arrangements through one of our rental company partners for upgrades on linens, china, silver & glassware or any specialty items. An additional rental charge may apply. Please contact a catering consultant for information about rental equipment.
