MESH FREE™ Introduction MESH FREE™ is a mixture of organic acids and corrosion inhibitor that are used to dissolve limestone rock in oil & gas wells to increase their relative permeability and thus, increase the well’s productivity index. The product will react with limestone chemically, thus, reduce the size of limestone particles that are entrapped in the mesh openings. With the reduced size… these particles will be ‘freed’ and the mesh openings unblocked, returning the process to normal operations. Valuable Calcium minerals will not be lost. They would be converted to thermo degradable, water soluble Calcium Carboxylates that can be processed in the kiln. Introduction MESH FREE is a mixture of organic acids and corrosion inhibitor that are used to dissolve limestone

rock in oil & gas wells to increase their relative permeability and thus, increase the wells productivity

    index.

The product will react with limestone chemically, thus, reduce the size of limestone particles that are

entrapped in the mesh openings. With the reduced size these particles will be freed and the mesh

openings unblocked, returning the process to normal operations.

Valuable Calcium minerals will not be lost. They would be converted to thermo degradable, water

soluble Calcium Carboxylates that can be processed in the kiln.

Application The product should be sprayed onto the screen intermittently either automatically/periodically or

    manually as needed.
