Logistics service provider Bode is a prime example of the successful integration of modern IT solutions. The freight forwarding company is continuously optimising and expanding its systems and uses solutions from the MHP Solution Group in all processes.

From data entry to invoicing, all tasks at Spedition Bode are handled with the OnRoad software from BNS. Truck drivers receive their order data through the integrated telematics solution, while at the same time, the dispatchers have position and status reports of all trucks and orders at their disposal. Customers and subcontractors are also included in the web-based real-time communication and can request the current shipment status.

Bode also uses MHP to process its global shipping. Based on the shipment data provided by OnRoad, MHP Software’s multi-carrier shipping software V-LOG determines the appropriate service provider and automatically transfers the order to the carrier. For shipments outside the EU, Z-ATLAS from TIA handles the necessary customs declarations under the ATLAS procedure.

DIGITAL TRANSPORT ON TRACK FOR GROWTH

The requirements of logistics provider FineCom’s IT landscape are as diverse as its customers. A flexible and adaptable warehouse management system was therefore essential.

After a comprehensive evaluation phase, FineCom opted for xStorage by aisys, convinced by the open structure of the multi-client capable solution and the company’s high-quality service. In addition, FineCom opted for the multi-carrier shipping software V-LOG from MHP Software and the hardware solutions from PANDA PRODUCTS.

With a shipping volume of around 30,000 packages, the efficiency and robustness of FineCom’s IT landscape are put to the test every day. But the software and hardware of MHP Solution Group can keep up with the impressive growth of the company. For FineCom, the 700 percent increase in shipment volume over the past two years is down in large part to the intelligent interaction and flexibility of the solutions.
