The model V20/5 is capable for full 5-axis simultaneous machining and/or 5 faces machining, allowing all angle and position of work-piece machining. The tilt trunnion table is offered in smaller sizes in place of the standard table for increase working capacity and minus working interference. The tilt trunnion table has a rotating dia. 320mm and good to load 100kgs.
The research has been studied to ensure the capability to meet the variously requirement for different spindle torque and power, high speed axes acc/dec possibility, high axis torque, and fast tool changing time. Model V20/5 is a high speed machining center which is equipped with 5-axis or 5-face milling capability. The machine is perfect for a wide range of applications: medical engineering, aero-space engineering and high speed die and mold...etc. Equipped with the trunnion table, which offers either torque motors for both A and C axes or torque motor for C axes and worm gear driven unit for A axes, the machine can turn perfectly by means of the combination movements of the A-axis and C-axis and perform full 5-axis milling simultaneously. The V20/5 requires only one-time setup for a work piece.The model provides the ability to machine a complicated and multi-sided parts while reducing the cycle time, handling time and machining cost. In addition, the superior design gives optimal vertical traverse with shorter tool length, creating the best tool life and surface finish with high accuracy performance.

High precision hollow-cooled ballscrewsPrecision C3 class precision ball screw with preloaded double-nut device which allows a high tolerance and low backlash capability. Hollow shaft ball-screw with internal cooling system which allows the mechanism running at stable environment of temperature, a smallest thermal growth of driven system is provided.

A wide selection of spindle speeds for selection, which is including 18000rpm or 24000rpm. High power and high torque output spindle with built-in cooling motorized spindle or in-line mechanical spindle which provides 12000 rpm & 15000rpm for selection.

The cutting tools are securely drawn into the spindle by a high torque power draw bar and the pre-loaded well balanced disk spring package ensures its precise release of tools.
High pressure 20 Bar coolant through-spindle device are provided as standard on model V20/5, which will ensure longer tool life, allowing higher efficiency of drilling and milling, and great benefit in removing chips during deep-hole drilling and blind pocket milling.
