Any company will survive in the market only if the customer sees value in service. Microsoft is one such company which has always delivered its best services. It was the time when Microsoft released its Windows Xp. Wherever we go everyone speaks about Microsoft. That was the time when I decided that I should work in Microsoft. It is a market and customer driven company. Microsoft has put its constant efforts to change the product or service that people may not have asked for. Thanks to Microsoft for wonderful products and services. They have one of the highest market shares and profit shares, as they make steady gains in mind share and heart share. A complete customer-orientation strategy. Apart from that many of my friends said, the attitude of management towards their employees is the key factor there and it is the only company that gives prime importance to its employees who they think are the main people because of which the company is where it is today. So I felt that was the best company to work for.Microsoft is one of the wealthiest and most successful companies in the world. Even more important, from a human resource perspective, is the fact that Microsoft is an employee-driven organization. While other organizations base their success on better manufacturing techniques, or better technology, Microsoft's success is based on the effectiveness of their employees. This document will focus on Microsoft's HR Department employee skills in each level.
