Case Study

Johnson Underwood have worked within the NMNC framework since 2015. Over this time, we have successfully placed Senior PA’s and Audit Investigator’s at several key locations across the regions that we work in.

Initially these roles were temporary, however, over time they converted to permeant roles as the candidates that were sourced were of such a high quality that the employers wanted to retain them. This proved to be very beneficial as the candidates did all their training in their temporary role so when they started their permanent positions they were already trained. Both candidates are still working in these roles and we feel that this reflects that Johnson Underwood is a company that excels in placing the right candidate within the right role.

We are a local and independent recruitment agency that deal with niche authorities and we have an excellent temporary to permanent ration. We pride ourselves on not working in high volumes (although we can do if required) and focusing on quality.
