Your attributes need to have either one-to-one relationsjips or many-to-one relationships
Select the data to import and click Prepare Data
Click the drop-down arrow for the table you want to modify and choose Define Relationships
Click Add New and select the Parent Attribute
Select the child attribute
Select a relationship type
Click Save
bull Map Additionnal Information to Keyword Attributes
This option allow you to improve your cards by matching differentforms of the same attribute For exemple the name number and address of a customer The card could be activate from either of the associate forms
Click right on the dataset and select Edit Dataset
Multi-select the attributes you want to combine
Right-click on one of the attributes and click Create Multi-formAttribute
Select synonym number for each alternate keyword
Click Submit then Update Dataset

Add a New Hyper Card
Click Create a New HyperCard next to HyperCards in the navigation pane of your Workstation
Select the dataset you want to use
Choose the template
You have the choice between two templates
Profile BasicOR
By default the Basic HyperCard template appears To change
Click Change Template from the Template tab
Select Profile to switch to a profile template
Follow the same steps to switch back to basic template
