1.1 INTRODUCTION

My project titled, as “TWB” means The Web Mobi. The system is developed

to provide a solution to its users to send messages to all networks in

Pakistan in this website we have verity of sms, wallpapers, videos, songs

and many more.

By visiting the TWB, understanding of the environment is done and the

information that how message is sent to mobile by the owner and record

handling by him.

By using this website application user do not need to go market and see a

number of cds for songs, wallpapers and sms in this way they can save

their time and money up to a level. All the variety of mobiles sms available

on this website.

This application will store all the necessary information about the users.

1.2 INTRODUCTION TO TECHNOLOGY USED

In my midterm project I have used Hypertext text markup language and

JavaScript technology, the most advance technology for creating dynamic

web pages. It is a server side technology.

• JavaScript is an excellent solution to implement when validating

input forms on the client side. This means that if a user forgets to

enter his name in a form for instance a JavaScript validation function

can alert a message to let him know about the omission.

• Another area where JavaScript excels is in the creation of dynamic

effects such as rollover images and scripted slideshows, where its use

has become commonplace.

• Because JavaScript runs inside the clients browser it can be used

to change the appearance of the users screen after the page has

been sent by the server. This allows it to create some very impressive

dynamic image effects.

1.4 PROJECT OVERVIEW

The system is designed and developed keeping in view that it should be

user friendly, Navigation should be easy. The Interface of the system is

developed keeping in mind that it should be good looking, attract, easy to

understand.

The system is also equipped with state of security features, which enables

only the authorized people to view or modify the information. The

information is protected by login and password, which can be assigned to

each single user of system.During developed the website one thing in mind that user can face any

problem regarding to website or he/she send feedback or contact us for

some useful suggestion.

2.1 SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM

The scope clearly defines the boundaries of the system. This website is

developed for the send messages, variety of sms, videos and wallpapers

where the main problem is time consuming and price. In this site to update

and edit the sms, wallpapers, songs and videos and maintain the stock, this

all work done by administrator. After the development of this application

the work of administrator becomes easy.

2.2 PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the project describe that what is to be ultimately achieved

from the development of the project. It is always essential and helpful for

designing a computer based system, to understand all the objectives and

the requirements that the computer based system is expected.

The system is required to fulfill the following objectives.

1 To assure the availability of the right information at the right time.

2 To make the information storage, processing and retrieval efficient.

3 To provide a system with a user-friendly interface which is simple to

understand and efficient to use.

4 To provide a system this can be easily modified for the future

enhancements.

2.3 MAIN FEATURES OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM

The proposed system has the following main features.

2.3.1 Efficiency

Efficiency of any system is concerned with the minimum processing time as

well as the optimal use of system resources in designing the proposed

system; the efficiency factor has been taken well into consideration.

2.3.2 User Friendly Interface

The interface of the system will be user friendly. The data retrieval,

insertion, editing, and deletion will be made easy and simple, so that a

common user can handle own record efficiently.

2.3.4 Facilitated Data Input

The simple to use data entry forms will be provided to facilitate the user to

enter the data in the databases.

There are three actors that interact with TWB.

2.5.1 Administrator

This is the owner of the website application and can monitor activities of

the all users and also block, unlock or delete users

Administrator has a facility to search and save the record of all the entire

user.

2.5.2 User

There is a user interface and all user has there ID and Password to access

their account for checking and updating. User can close the task after the

completion of the task.

The user or the registered person can view the total task with their date.

2.5.3 Visitor

Visitor can visit the site, if he wants to register himself on this site then

he/she fellow the way of sing up, otherwise close the site.
