Description Anticorit 161/1 is a solvent-cutback, black, cold application which is used as it comes from the container. This product is designed for the protection of metals when exposed to outdoor weather conditions and for general purpose preservation, indoor or outdoor, with or without cover, for domestic and overseas shipment where a “dry-to-touch” film is required. Anticorit 161/1 is a solvent-dispersed compound which deposits a thin, black, hard but flexible continuous film. The solvent will normally evaporate from smooth surfaces, leaving a dry to handle coating in approximately four hours. The residual protective coating will adhere to metal surfaces without checking or flaking at temperatures as low as 0°F. The product will retain its homogeneity after exposure to temperatures as high as 130°F and as low as -40°F. It will not cause pitting or etching of brass, cadmium, zinc, magnesium, aluminum or steel. Anticorit 161/1 may be applied by spraying, brushing, swabbing or dipping. The material to be coated must be degreased and free of any oils, greases or other foreign material.
Advantages / Benefits
• For indoor or outdoor use
• Provides protection when exposed to outdoor conditions
• Dry-to-touch film
• Excellent at high and low
temperatures
• Will not pit or etch brass, cadmium, zinc, magnesium, aluminum or steel

Description: ECOCUT 7003 is a non-chlorinated grinding oil, containing lubricity additives designed specifically for operations where a light oil is essential. Typical applications are bearing race and worm gear grinding as well as flute grinding of drills and bits. Ecocut 7003 has been used successfully in Walter Grinders and has been approved for use in such systems. Features Benefits • High performance for difficult and • Eliminates burning and potential critical applications for stress corrosion • Excellent lubricity without chlorine • Good surface finish and extended abrasive life • Clean running • More pleasant working environment • Easily cleaned from finished work • Avoids “down-line” problems How To Use Ecocut 7003 is used as received, without dilution. It is typically flooded into the grinding area at the point of stock removal with the flow of the wheel. How To Clean Ecocut 7003 is easily cleaned from finished work-pieces with solvents or alkaline cleaners.
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000
Environmentally Friendly Micro-Mist Lubricant For Metalworking
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 replaces flood-machining lubricants with a very fine mist applied to the tool edge. This minute film drastically reduces friction and reduces heat to extend tool life to yield excellent finish and size control.
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 is a lubricant made of naturally derived ingredients. These are less hazardous and environmentally friendly components that are more biodegradable than conventional petroleum based lubricants.
Micro Mist Application
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 IS ECONOMICAL. It is an effective micro-mist lubricant that is to be applied in a micro-mist form by micro-mist applicators that are extremely stingy in the quantity applied. Often, applying only a few ounces per shift to the tool increases tool life in such applications as sawing, milling, broaching, swaging, drilling, tapping, forming and other metalworking operations.
Multi-Metal Safe
ECOCUT MIKRO 3000 is effective when used when machining, aluminum, brass and mild steel. It is particularly effective when machining soft or gummy alloys, which tend to easily gall or load tools.
Eliminates Cleaning
The essentially DRY film also benefits by yielding parts, which most often do not require any cleaning to remove the film. This saves money for purchase and disposal of cleaning compounds. Dry chips from cutting are also worth more for recycling by waste metal collectors.

Renoclean SGC-62
Description: RENOCLEAN SGC-62 is a cleaner specifically formulated to remove sludge and oily residue from machines, lines, tanks, and all associated equipment. RENOCLEAN SGC-62 is also effective in removing insolubles, metallic fines, grit, and microbial growth. Benefits: It is absolutely essential that machines and systems are properly cleaned prior to charging with fresh coolant. If the machines are free of dirt and bacteria, coolant will last longer and perform better - a prime requirement with today's high performance machinery. RENOCLEAN SGC-62 is a powerful liquid cleaner that: * Solubilizes hard water soaps that may have accumulated in the system * Loosens dirt and grease from inaccessible areas. * Breaks up metal deposits in the machine, lines and sumps. * Disinfects machinery by eliminating all forms of bacteria and fungus Directions: RENOCLEAN SGC-62 may be used in either of the following methods: In-Process Cleaning: RENOCLEAN SGC-62 may be added to the machines while the operators continue to work. RENOCLEAN SGC-62 should be added to the dirty coolant at a concentration of 1 - 2% by volume and circulated for a period of 12 to 24 hours, following which the system should be dumped in the normal manner.
